    We pick up and drop off each traveler at their place of accommodation, a time of half an hour is given for the pick up, this is done according to the order of the hotels so the traveler will have to be attentive and prepared, if the hotel is outside the perimeter established in Santa Marta, the guide will give you the meeting point. We do not pick up in taganga, or after the park.

    Terrible experience

    the place is actually nice, but the tour a real shamble. The bus was 1.5h late and the guide was not able to speak at all. When I complained after the tour, I have been told the other guide was sick, but really not an excuse

    Nicolás bury sorry for the inconvenience , but the guide dont speak English , no it is an excuse to ask for a refunded especially when you took the transport that pick up at he door of you hotel and left at the door of the hotel, the entrance To park and you were with other guide you were given all the service in adittion the agency contacted you to give you a cortesy.

    No vale la pena pagar este tour. Es preferible llegar al parque y uno mismos comprar el seguro y pagar su entrada. Ir al paso de un grupo es perder mucho tiempo, los guías estuvieron ausentes todo el recorrido, y al final iban el bus bebiendo cerveza. El conductor fue muy imprudentes en la carretera, adelantando en curva y invadiendo el carril contrario. Mala atención. No lo recomiendo.

    Sentimos mucho su mala experiencia, pero si este es un tour grupal por lo cual debemos acondicionarnos al mismo , si somos personas que requerimos todo el tiempo atencion y manejar el tiempo a nuestro modo lo mejor sera tomar un tour privado o como usted lo menciono ir por su cuenta , lo de los guias y el conductor ya se esta realizando la intervencion necesesaria , muchas gracias por su opinion es muy valida sean buenas o malas , las recibimos con aprecio esto ayuda a ver nuestras fallas y virtudes.
