      The pickup inside the airport was chaotic. The driver didn't locate me. I had to seek out the assistance of police in order to secure my ride.

      Thank you very much for your comments. I understand that the moment you went to the airport lobby (a place allowed for drivers to wait for clients) the driver was waiting for you; I would like to know where the chaos was, because what corresponds to us we comply with everything previously contracted, if you do not locate the exit and the pick up point it is not our fault. Anyway, thanks for your comments.

      Carlos my driver picked me up at Las Americanas in SDQ and drove me to my hotel in the city. He was incredibly kind and professional. Very attentive and displayed a lot of respect. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank u Carlos!

      Abandoned at the airport

      Driver didn't show up. Called them, gave them our reservation number and they said i didn't have a reservation and hung up on me. Spent two hours at the airport trying to figure things out. Ended up getting a taxi and it cost us another $80. We are very upset about this experience. We were charged for the service and didn't get it. Not happy

      Unfortunately you did not make the reservation properly. You booked the transfer for October 17 at 3:00 A.M. and his flight arrived on October 18 at 3:00 A.M. as you informed me and also the hotel where you stayed. It is unfortunate but the mistake was yours.

      C est la première fois que je réservais un taxi prive. Certainement pas la dernière .L'accueil et la courtoisie de mon chauffeur on donne le ton a ce voyage. Je suis arrive a 23h30 a l aéroport SDQ et mon chauffeur m attendais pour me reconduire a mon hotel. Ce fut rapide et efficace sans surprise de tarrif. Je suis tres satisfait
