Our driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall of Santo Domingo Airport. He will be waiting with a sign with the lead passenger name. If the pickup is at your Hotel he will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby.

To begin I never had to leave reviews for things unless the experience wasn’t good & this was not! I would have liked consistent communication with the company & driver &&’ never got that && when I arrived at my destination there was no further explanation of what the driver name, model of car &&’ then the sign they wrote was on a dry eraser board then the young lady who works with the company escorted us to the car never ensured that we were following her just kept walking.. The Day before departure. I contacted the company in regards to finding out what time they will come to my hotel to pick up me and my guest and they said they don’t have a timeframe and they would let me know me but couple hours past and I never received a text message until I had to text them to figure out the time they were going to pick me up and then the time they gave me, the driver wasn’t even on time, and then they said the driver was there when the driver clearly wasn’t all in all the experience was not that great, and I would’ve wished and loved for the communication within the company and their clientele. I feel like transportation is a big risk to take one going to a foreign country and having a trusted company is good to have but this one I’m not really too sure but like I said look at your own risk.

We arrived at the Santo Domingo airport by ground, since we were going from a international service project week to a vacation at a resort. Viator was the only company that worked with us to secure transport from the airport to the hotel without a flight number. The taxi service was prompt, high-class and enjoyable. At the end of our journey, we had to change our flight due to a family medical emergency. It was very easy to cancel our return taxi service, and I received notice of my refund within about a minute. Viator's efforts to help me solve a couple of challenges in a foreign country were laudable, and I will have no hesitation working with this company in the future.

My plane was delayed at home and they wouldn't give a time. I called viator to change with only an estimate I guessed 930pm. My plane arrived in Dominican republic hours earlier than that. After I cleared customs I came up to call them and she was already there with my name on a sign I was soo happy. They made my day or more accurate night. I dont speak alot of Spanish but she was very helpful. Driver got me to hotel safe and was nice. Looking forward to when they take me back. I don't see any worries coming up then

When 8 arrived the driver was waiting for me. On the wa6 back the driver was a bit late but no terrible.The drivers were both respectful and kind. No complaints.

This is not a complete services. I paid for round ticket. I only got one way. I’m still on my vacation. Supposed to be pick up at 1AM tomorrow. Contacted local operator no response.
