Go to the Palma Sola Bay beach access on Manatee Ave. Make sure to go to the east most part of the beach. The nearest road is Palma Sola Blvd which is just east of our location. Most often we are across the road from the horses. Please call with any questions.

Great experience! Tommy was very informative, helpful, and patient. We liked that he worked hard to make sure we were all respectful of the animals. If you want to see the manatees up close book kayaks instead of other boat tours which will frighten the manatees.

Tommy was a great guide! He made sure that everyone on the tour got an up close encounter with the manatees and stayed out longer than the original time. He gave some basic instruction on kayaking and guidelines for interacting with the manatees. Would definitely do this again or one of his other tours!

We were able to see about 6-8 manatee and a mother with her baby. So exciting. This is an experience we will treasure always.

It was ok! We did see manatees… wasn’t a whole lot of kayaking. We were also surprised to find out it was tandem only once we got there. The group with us was also surprised about that.

So happy you saw manatees! This tour is specifically crafted to be a manatee sight seeing tour on kayaks. We paddle a half mile to the location, observe manatees, and paddle a half mile back during our time. Manatees are an endangered species. As a result, they are protected by laws in the state of Florida. We use tandem kayaks to limit our footprint in their environment (fewer kayaks in their environment) and respect their space so we do not disturb them.

Tommy and Evan were amazing guides! Friendly and fun! We saw at least 10 manatees and some came right next to our kayak! We had our kids with us (14 and 11) they had a great time as well!

This experience was such fun and our tour guide was amazing! He was an awesome communicator and was easy to work with when we had to schedule around the weather. He was good with the kids, knew a lot of the wildlife and pointed everything out for us and took family pictures for us when we were kayaking and watching the manatees. 6/5 stars definitely recommend!

Our guide was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. When the weather didn’t work out for kayaking with the manatees, he met us at a manatee viewing sites and then shared lots of interesting facts about manatees. He recommended a fantastic mangrove kayak which was definitely more appropriate for our group with kids given the weather/waves.

Super awesome tour! Although we didn’t see any manatees, we were able to see so many different bird and fish species. In addition to the beautiful scenery, we were able to stand in the bay and collect seashells. Our tour guide was awesome and explained everything along the way, even before the tour started. Definitely worth the money!
