This was such a great tour! It combined history, nature, lots of great kayaking, and the peaceful mangroves. Our guide, Stefan, was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about Sarasota history, was funny and engaging, and patient with the less experienced kayakers in our group. This tour was unique and different than other tour companies offered. There is more open water kayaking and less time in the mangroves with this one than another company we used, but I enjoyed the variety of this one more. I highly recommend!

This was a fantastic kayaking trip! Steffan was a great guide: very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting information and history. We love to kayak and this was definitely a worthwhile trip.

This was a great morning activity. Our guide, Stephen, was awesome. He had so much knowledge of the area’s history and wildlife. Learned lots about all of the birds we saw, we watched a dolphin in the bay and saw jellyfish, starfish and tiny lil black mangrove crabs. We paddled through mangrove tunnels. It was relaxing and very educational. Loved it.

Kenny was a great guide. He was knowledgeable about the mangrove surroundings, pointed out different trees, birds, jellyfish, starfish, crabs, manatees and dolphins. It was a fun afternoon for all of us.

I’ve lived on Siesta Key for 17 years and this was my first time kayaking off of Lido Key. I can’t believe I waited so long to do this. The staff was super helpful getting us in and out of the kayaks. The mangrove tunnels were great! My stepson was very impressed with Stephan’s knowledge of the area wildlife and the local history. The trip was a perfect combination of paddling through three mangrove tunnels, stopping periodically to hear about the area and a quick rest on the beach to stretch our legs. Two hours was plenty of time to do it all.

The guide was knowledgeable and friendly and the tour we took was amazing. The way we went thru the mangroves and bay were beautiful. Our tour guide knew what he was doing.

My adult daughter and I had a great time kayaking through the mangroves. We saw an ibis, a sea urchin, crabs, upside down jellyfish, lots of birds and a dolphin swam right under our group. Kinsey was a fun and informative guide. We learned a lot about the area and ecosystem. I would recommend this tour. The guides put the kayaks in the water for you and made sure everyone was doing ok. A stop was planned to get out and stretch and hydrate.

We had a great two hour kayak tour thru the Lido Key mangroves, it was really fun and our guide Kenny was fabulous! He was informative on the sea life and showed us things we would have missed without him. The Cormorant that dove under our kayaks, & saw a manatee!
