Somewhat misleading

Not the "hop on, hop off" experience I was expecting. You could only hop off at designated stops. Many places were recognized but bypassed. That was disappointing. No offer by driver to stop and let you hop off. The historical narrative was very good.

I always enjoy seeing cities this way. But you have to have patience as trolleys often will be full at some stops (the less visited places I think) and you'll have to wait for another one (or two). Drivers let the office know when they cannot fit everyone on the trolley at a stop, so the company tries to accommodate everyone.

This was an excellent way to get an overview of historic Savannah. All of our conductors were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The ability to hop on and hop off greatly increased our enjoyment of our trip and made it easy to take a closer look at specific areas which piqued our interest.

Our guide/driver Mel Bell was amazing. Her enthusiasm for Savannah was contagious as was her energy and “happy heart”. She shared Savannah history with the right amount of humor. Most of those who began the trip with Mel stayed on. Savannah and Hop On Hop Off (HoHo) tours are lucky Mel left Wisconsin for Savannah. I was fortunate to be on her trolley. I did take 2 additional rides with HoHo trolly and both drivers/guides were informative and funny. I am glad I chose Hop On Hop Off trolly tour.

Fed up and had to leave and didn't get to my scheduled tours I paid for! My ticket QRCode didn't come through for my first two day tour.i sat in the parking lot almost an hour on phone with viator trying to email another code tome which never went through.i missed a museum tour paid for.i finally just bought another two day pass because viator gave me a hard time about refunding me the money and I'd just buy another one.ibought another one for Sunday and monday.sundays QR code worked but Monday did not come through.spent almost another hour on the phone trying to get a refund from my previous double charged two day pass.nowillhavetocallandget refunded Mondays becuzthe Qzr code didn't come.
