Jackson’s great tour

Jackson gave us great information and history of the area. Extremely polite and great personality. Passionate about the history of the area and enjoys giving these tours. Considerate of the needs and riders comfort level. Thank you!

Fun in the sun on e-bike and hiking

Really good experience. Jackson was a great guide and learned a lot about Phoenix. The hike up Camelback mountain is fun and a pleasant experience on e-bike.

Wonderful bike/hike tour. I would definitely recommend this.

Our entire tour was awesome. Jackson took great care of us. He gave of lots of information and made sure we were all safe when riding on the roads. He answered all our questions and was really friendly and kind. E-bikes were great. My husband had knee replacement surgery 6 months ago and he was able to come along.

Loved this tour! Jackson was great and the hike up camel back was beautiful. Definitely recommend! He made the tour interesting and got to see some cool sites in Scottsdale.

Fun ride around Scottsdale. Learned some history and saw beautiful homes. Best part was the short hike up camel back.

Entertained, informed, and active in Scottsdale

Nice bikes good host, they say you have to Wear a helmet, doesn't say that in the ad, you have to wear one but the tour guide doesn't wtf

James, I am sorry to hear that you were upset about having to wear a bike helmet. Also, we do allow our tour guides to choose whether to wear a helmet or not. I am sorry to hear that you were upset by that. On a positive note, I am very happy to hear that you thought the bikes were nice and that the tour guide was a good host well. I would have loved to hear about some of things that we did right on this tour so I can share that with our staff as well on our next team meeting.
