I enjoyed my day at the two snorkelling sites. The water was clear and very calm. Lots of fish and colourful corals to see. My tour guide Yudi was very friendly and helpful during the day. He took me to the Ubud terraces and monkey forest before taking me back to my villa.

Unsafe boat ladder

This tour uses traditional boats. Our boat had a ladder that was basically made of metal bars that are like bathroom towel bars. Besides being painful on the feet, they were slippery and unsafe and my husband fell getting in and I had a difficult time as well. The snorkeling was good at the first spot but we didn’t dare do the second one. We have been on many snorkeling excursions and never experienced something like this.

This was such a brilliant trip our driver Tude met us from our hotel in a private taxi to Blue Lagoon Beach. We then met our small local boat and guide and offered snorkelling equipment, I had my own. We then were taken to 2 bays and given plenty of time to snorkel. We saw many beautiful colourful fish a turtle and a stingray. We then returned to the beach where we were able to shower and change before having lunch and returning back to our hotel.

The boat stopped two locations. We are able to see so many different fishes at the first location. No too many with a second location. The lunch menu was good! Very nice driver guide from hotel.

Great fun experience

Driver was friendly, experience was great! Huge thank you to the instructor who took such great care of my 7yo boy by bringing him around, held his hand to see and feed the fishes, always keeping a lookout for him, played with him and showed him so water tricks while I try to manage myself. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. Driver was fast and we got back to lodging fast too. Thank you!

Wonderful snorkeling but boat not so great

The snorkeling itself was amazing! So many different fish in crystal clear waters. Albeit the amount of trash in the water was disappointing. All the arrangements worked out with hotel pickup and lunch after snorkeling at a local restaurant. Lunch was very simple, fried rice or noodles. We did not go to a beach as the description said we would. We had 2 1-hour stops for snorkeling from the boat. The two man crew were helpful but really didn’t understand English so it was hard to communicate with them. The biggest disappointment was the boat. It was hard to get out of the water on a small ladder where the rungs were small round rods rather than steps. No exit or entry at the back of the boat but I saw other similar boats that did.

What a great day out! Plenty of fish to see and a really helpful dive team on the boat. Nice lunch too. Our driver for the day, Soma, was great too and helped us understand a bit more about Balinese life. Recommended, good value!

terrible photos and videos were taken from us, the water was dirty and we got sick for two days after the snorkelling. The service at the restaurant is also not good as the food is low quality.

A memorable day which we enjoyed with the knowledge and kindness of our personal driver Udi. A must to do while in Bali. The most spectacular ecosystem we have ever seen, better snorkelling than the Barrier Reef in Queensland. A must for everybody to do. Enjoy..

Two nice snorkeling locations with a boat and snorkeling guide. For 500,000 ind they film underwater with a go pro and give you a memory chip afterwards.

Pollution & jellyfish

Was a very long drive from Legian. Guides all had very limited or no English. Water was heavily polluted with rubbish and jellyfish. We weren’t warned about the jellyfish and all got stung. We didn’t bother getting in for the Blue Lagoon stop. Lunch was nice and tour ran on time. However with polluted waters and jellyfish would not recommend.

Driver was the only good thing about this trip. The water at the snorkelling was dirty and poor visibility (maybe due to tour operators feeding the fish breadcrumbs and fish remnants). The coral was all dead. Shower at the end was awful at the restaurant. Food was ok. Your guide who snorkelled with us was lovely. Boats that take you out were quirky - but way way too many going out. Unsafe as you are snorkelling around them - banging head.

The agent did not contact...

The agent did not contact me to confirm the tour pick up details even after my requesting message. I asked hotel front desk to call them, but no reply. Only after 8pm the day before, there came a msg reply, but still quite a long time for new reply after my timely reply... It was so difficult to contact and communicate... The snorkelling sites were also not good... the water was quite dirty with many plastic bags and bottles. There were many boats/visitors there, it was crowded and srong smelling of the diesel burning from the boats.

Dear customer all reviews are not completely true, We have confirmed the pick-up time at that time and we have sent an email for the pick-up time so that the driver will pick up according to the order but the customer has not answered our message. , for sea conditions with the smell of diesel, we use boats that use large engines so that customers can get to the snorkeling spot, we never damage our nature in Bali, please understand that the way to the snorkeling spot can only be by boat Please, if you have problems with other companies, don't take another tour yet thank you

What a fantastic day. From start to finish well run and smooth. Our driver Nanda was excellent and very knowledgable. The 2 guides for the snorkelling were brilliant and helpful as it was the first time my kids have ever snorkelled. Our lunch great as well, a nice Indonesian dish and to top it off we saw lots of beautiful fish and colourful coral. Thanks

A Miss Not Worth the 4+ hours of driving.

By no means are wr expert snorkelers but have been on other trips (Greece, Thailand, Hawaii, etc) and this rates by far the worst. Coming from the West side of Bali, it took two hours to arrive at 10ij the morning. Our driver was friendly and spoke good English and informed us how long it would take. Again, great driver and not his fault traffic was worse than normal. Once you arrive at site, you stop at a restaurant to pre order your lunch for when your off the boat. (the food was excellent! t the only highlight of the day). After 'checking' in, we head 200 meterals down the with the other people on our boat -bicd but limited interaction. When then head to the first of two stops which is 10 minutes. The boats are small and cramped. We expected this but was still a bit disappointed. The first stop had some fish but not much to write home about after the first 5 minutes. The next 55 minutes was paddling around looking. The next stop, the blue lagoon, was merky with little to no wildlife. Maybe it was a bad day but there was nothing to see. We won't do this again - make sure to bring your own towels and a change of clothes.
