Nice experience, excellent guide, low quality food.

The guide/driver was excellent. Very friendly, nice and precise explanations. His car was in perfect condition. The Kecak dance is a too long performance. It becomes tedious. The dinner was below expectations. The quality of the food was just fair. Far below the delicious balinese food. The dishes were not warm enough and they were prepared well in advance to our arrival.

Our driver was excellent explaining and helping with photos, top man. Both the temple and the Dance were really good we both enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately the dinner part was disappointing not nice at all.

I absolutely loved this tour! The dance itself is something out of this world. It is extremely interesting and unique, a great way to connect with the culture of Bali. My driver Dharma was amazing, I felt like I came as a customer and left as a friend. He was extremely friendly, his english is great and I felt taken care of at all times. He answered all of my questions and made sure I got a good spot at the stage. We also wandered around the Uluwatu temple, and got to see a lot of monkeys! Had a great time and would definitely recommend this to anybody!

We were extremely apprehensive about this tour due to the numerous reviews about the "aggressive" monkeys at Uluwatu Temple. What a joyous time we had and this was primarily because of our tour guide, Gede Widi. He was truly amazing. He reassured me that we would not be accosted by the monkeys if we paid attention to his lead. He was a man of his word. We made it out unscathed by paying attention and shaking this much needed stick that was provided by Mr. Widi. He was funny, professional, informative, and a sheer joy. I would highly recommend Gede Widi as your guide for this tour.

Great Tour - Budi is the Best Guide

I decided to add this to my itinerary last minute. My guide was Budi and he was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the temple, the dance and the monkeys. Note: if you wear glasses, don’t wear them here as they could be taken from one of the monkeys. I was instructed to take glasses off and 20 min later another tourist with another guide, had his glasses stolen. My guide Budi was able to get the man’s glasses back from the monkey. Budi also asked me often if I wanted him to take a picture of me with the scenery. As a solo traveler sometimes it is difficult to get images with yourself in them. It was nice to have them.

Don’t book it when the weather is poor

It would have been a great tour; except so dependent on weather conditions! The sunset, the Kecak dance and the dinner at the beach were all ruined by the thunderstorms and heavy winds/rain. The traffic was terrible because of flooding on the road. We were stuck in traffic and didn’t even get a good time. I rate 3 stars given the arrangement would’ve made a great experience; however we were not lucky enough to get a right weather.

Silawayang was a good tour guy. He is experienced and speaks English very well. He is knowledgeable and caring. We had our 4.5 yo with us, he was patiently making sure he is save in Uluwatu temple where there are bunch of monkeys. We had a great dinner at jimbaran- the food was delicious.
