What To Expect

Meet your guide at a centrally located meeting point in Seville, after which drive through a striking landscape of sunflowers and wheat fields heading to “Las Aguzaderas,” a medieval castle that once straddled the border between Spain’s Catholic kingdom and the Moorish empire.

Proceed to Zahara de la Sierra, a picturesque “white village” known for its stunning views and rich history. Take a stroll around town and grab a coffee before touring a local olive oil factory that makes some of the best in all of Andalusia.

Then continue to Grazalema, passing through the “Sierra de la Grazalema” nature park while en route. Enjoy views of distant cities like Cadiz and Malaga from the “Puerto de las Palomas,” located at 3,795 feet (1,157 meters), and scout for the native Griffon vultures that like to float overhead.

Arrive in Grazalema and pause for a tasty meal (own expense) surrounded by the town’s charming houses and colorful flowers. Following your visit, head to Ronda, one of the oldest towns in Spain, passing through a scenic forest filled with cork and oak trees on the way. When you arrive in Ronda, wander through this scenic city situated on two dramatic cliffs and take some free time to explore sights like the famous “New Bridge.”

You are dropped off at a central location in Seville at the end of the excursion.

Antonio was an amazing guide and Jose Romeo was a fabulous driver. Antonio loves to share his stories that are not only informative but the additional anecdotes are delightful. The added bonus of an incredible restaurant was the icing on the cake!

Not to be missed
Deborah_E, May 2024
I really enjoyed this tour. The white villages & especially Ronda were fantastic. We had two hours to explore Ronda. The guides, Jesús & Jose were great; knowledgable, entertaining & enthusiastic. When we visited the white villages the group was split into two, one with each guide which was really good to have smaller groups. The bus driver drove safely.
A must see! Don’t miss these beautiful towns!

Nice way to spend a day in Andalusia

It was a wonderful day. Both guides were informative and entertaining both the white cities thenRonda or worthwhile. The landscape and countryside were beautiful. My only comment is wait until Rhonda to have lunch restaurant selections there are better.
Breathtaking day trip

Incredible day trip from Sevilla. Alberto was a knowledgeable and courteous guide, would happily go on another tour with him! Not only did we learn the history of the landscape, but he also had great tips on where to find the best spots for photos. 10/10!
Wonderful day trip!

Wonderful day trip to the white villages and Rhonda. Laura was a fun and knowledgeable guide. The bus driver did a great job too. Would recommend the day trip!
Rhonda is great but don't get to spend enough time there
Sheetal_B, May 2024
Rhona is absolutely beautiful and worth the drive from Seville. Our tour guide (Tris) was fantastic, he was super enthusiastic and knew a lot of cool facts that made it fun to travel with him. The trip should probably be set up differently. They take you to the first white village which is really cute and fun to see. Then they take you to a second one for lunch - the food is so so, and there is literally nothing else to see in the village. Then you drive to Rhona which is BEAUTIFUL. There's a lot to do (see the bridge, visit the bull fighting arena, a palace and these small hikes down to view points which are totally worth it - but you only get two hours there and it is definitely not enough. Rhona is the kind of place where you want to slow down, sit in the park, enjoy a drink in a Cafe that over looks the cliffs but you can only fit in one/max two things before you have to leave.
Bewarof switch of bus

The trip was beautiful and the guide was excelente. The main problem was the ride they put us in a Mercedes 24 seat van.omOriginaly we where told it would be small comfortable bus with wifi The seats where so close together that my 5' 9' body could not fit my knees. Worst than a spirit seat. Very uncomfortable ride for a 10 hour trip otherwise everyt
The tour to the three...
Ruth_P, May 2024
The tour to the three villages was well worth it. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and the villages were lovely, as was the scenery the entire way. Be aware, though, the roads are windy and if you are prone to car sickness you might want to pass on this or pack some Gravol.
Freedom to explore
Paula_W, May 2024
Bus driver did a great job navigating the small country roads. We even had to stop for a herd of goats. We were given free time at each town everyone explored based on their own taste.
Wonderful local cooking
ted_s, May 2024
The tour guider did a good job to organize the program and introduce a local restaurant to give us to taste wonderful food.
Great for seeing scenic villages
Josh_W, May 2024
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Other commenters mentioned that the guide didn’t give much explanation and mostly just took us from village to village - we actually thought that was a huge plus because, especially on a large tour like this, we really appreciated the opportunity to wander around at our own pace and explore without being rushed around fighting to hear the guide.
Amazing

Amazing tour and views. Our Guide Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company and tour.
Nice enjoyable tour
Devanand_S, Apr 2024
The day tour started a bit late from the last meeting point which we had opted for. All the places mentioned in the itinerary were covered and we were given reasonable free time at every site visit to explore and the group guide was also very good. Overall, a nice enjoyable trip. The only low point about this trip was that there is no pickup facility from our hotel and all the three meeting point options were quite far from our hotel.
Pleasant day
Annette_W, Apr 2024
Laura, the guide, was very informative with good suggestions including where we ate. The driver, who I'm afraid I forgot his name, was amazing on those small curvy roads to the little villages. It was a very pleasant ride through the countryside. It was a nice calm relief from the hustle and bustle of Sevilla. The olive oil mill was interesting and the oil delicious. The usual view of the bridge in Rondo was unavailable but we were able to see it from another angle and that was fine. Lots of hill walking.
Great Experience
Anne_W, Apr 2024
Our guide Jose Luis was an excellent guider. He gave us information on the bus not only about this trip but also about the Sevilla, including what should we see, where to take good pictures, where were good restaurants. The driver was good too, very smooth and we felt safe on the winding narrow roads. The only thing I wish was had more time in Ronda, we only had less than two hours there.
Fabulous day trip!
Janice_Y, Apr 2024
The two smaller hilltops Zara and Grazelema were gorgeous. Ronda was also interesting but more crowded and touristy. Our guide José Luis and driver Joaquin were fabulous. Jose Louis was charming helpful and interesting. Joaquin was a great driver in difficult mount roads. A really great day trip. Well worth doing!
A worthwhile excursion from Seville
Sarah_C, Apr 2024
We booked this tour to have an opportunity to get out into the countryside and see some lovely villages and the town of Ronda. We appreciated having a choice of pickup points, and the one we chose was an easy walk from our hotel. I was a little skeptical about the stop at the olive oil mill, but it was very informative and there was no pressure to buy anything. It also provided a much needed restroom. The visit to Zahara was short, but it's a small town. The second stop included a lunch break. We opted to find a restaurant on our own, but the guide offered to escort people to a restaurant she recommended. As we were riding we got some background information on the area in 3 languages - English, French and Spanish and got to see the cork trees in the national park. The last and longest stop was in Ronda. Our guide gave us some tips about seeing the gorge/waterfall and a good gelato place. We had enough time to hike down into the gorge to a point where we could see the waterfall and the famous bridge and also get gelato on the way back to the meeting point. It was a long, interesting day, and we definitely felt that we got our money's worth.
Great trip!
Ken_S, Apr 2024
The places we visited were very interesting and the scenery along the way quite stunning. Our guide, Miguel, was not only knowledgeable, but very cheery and seemed to be having fun also, which enhanced the experience.
White villages, Andalucian beauty
Arthur_K, Apr 2024
The white villages were truly beautiful. The food is wonderfully Andalucian. The kind of food I could eat everyday. The guide, Dris, was remarkably knowledgeable and approachable. Overall, a perfect day.
Just do it!!
