Unsanitary and not value for money

This was about 20 minutes outside of the city Centre If you didn't have a car hire it was extremely difficult to get to the hosts house. Once inside there was about 15 of us packed into a small room with no air con. It took the host 2 hours to offer us a glass of water. Whilst we were making the food the hosts husband and children arrived home and disturbed the lesson There was also a house cat roaming around whilst we were cooking. Overall not a great experience, Viator needs to advise people that the hosts house is out of the city and not in a great part of town to get a taxi. Also just not the most hygienic experience with all of use using the hosts personal bathroom

We visited on a June day with thousands and thousands of tourists everywhere. The regular line to the cathedral was only a few minutes long. Any time we saved with our skip-the-line tickets was cancelled by the more than 15 minutes we spent trying to figure out where to exchange our Viatour voucher for actual tickets. It turns out, you have to go to the crypt.

We waited for 20 mins in a line with this ticket only to then realise the other line was moving faster so moved to the other line. There’s no skipping of any lines

The cathedral was magnificent . The process for skip the line tickets was fine , but would be better if we did not have to redeem voucher . I take many of the Viator tours and most of them voucher is ticket.

We were disappointed that " skip the line" entry did not cover the Panorama. This generated a long wait. You actually only have precedence for the main Cathedral building. The reservation line was also slow as it was also servingnon- reserved customers. Not sure we really gained much paying the extra money.
Totally worth it for us

It costs a little more than purchasing directly through the official museum website, which apparently could not process my US credit card anyway. But is was completely worth it. You have peace of mind knowing you can get in whenever you get there. The line for picking up tickets is much, much shorter. Which saves you quite a bit of time you could be spending inside the sites - and save your sore feet as well!

The skip the line ticket is the way to go. We literally skipped everyone in line to pick up the ticket and 5 minutes later were inside the cathedral. Siena is an adorable town to see with many great shops, restaurants, foody items. The cathedral is beautiful but see it quickly so you have enough time to experience the town. Go early, parking lots fill up. Town walkways are very steep.

Terrific! For the cost it was very good. We did rent iPad devices in the Duomo which we suggest for viewing the Duomo itself, the Crypt and Museum and Bapistry. As this was not really a tour we just received discount tickets.

You should tell people that what they get from you is a voucher, not tickets. When we arrived at the Duomo, we had to walk up about 50 steps to exchange. Really upsetting as my husband is mobility impaired.

This is a very useful combined ticket note, it does not include the Gateway to Heaven because it avoids long queuing times. Obviously this also means that you get more viewing time but it also means less time standing in the sun. We highly recommend this. At peak times, however, there is still a need to queue simply due to the mass of people, but at least you only queue the once to actually get in and not to buy the ticket itself. We have also found in the past that if you can leave it til late afternoon the crowds will be much smaller and the whole cathedral experience much more enjoyable.

It was not a busy day at the Duomo of Siena on the day of my visit, so there was no line to skip. This is probably because I went at the beginning of the holiday season in Italy. I would still recommend people to purchase the Skip-the-line Entry Ticket just to be sure, especially if you plan to visit Europe from mid June to late September.

Nach anfänglichen Zweifeln an der Notwendigkeit von Vorbuchungen für den Besuch der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz, u. a. auch den Dom und den Turmaufstieg wurden wir durch die riesigen Warteschlangen am Ort schnell eines anderen belehrt. Ohne die Vorbuchung hätten wir unseren eiwöchigen Aufenthalt vorwiegend mit Wartezeiten verbracht und das bei hohen Temperaturen im Freien. Viator war dabei eine große unkomplizierte Hilfe!

L attente de 1 heure environ pour gravir la tour en vaut la peine. 10/10 pour la vue sur Sienne. La crypte est aussi intéressante à visiter , payer le 2 euros de la machine des écouteurs pour les explications dans votre langue.
