We received your email through viator in which you were informing us that you were waiting, so we contacted you immediately on a whatsapp message asking if it was possible to arrange another tour, until we have found a tour guide available. Unfortunately we never received an answer, but we can understand.
Immediately we proceeded with the refund request on viator and as it is written in the email that you have received, the refund will be made in couple of days.
We apologize for what happened and we assure you that we are a professional and serious company.
