Our guide, August, was superb and provided an excellent time. He was both entertaining and informative, providing a mix of stories and insight into the glacier on our walk.
The ice cave was beautiful and we had the opportunity to venture in far enough to truly experience it's wonder.
We would 100% do this hike again, even moreso with August as our guide.

This definitely fell short of my expectations unfortunately. Calling it an ice cave tour is a bit of a stretch seeing that there is only one cave you will see at the end and you basically pop in to take a look and then come out. If you were looking for a workout while on your vacation, it was a rather challenging walk across the glacier. However, if you were looking for a true Iceland ice cave experience like I was, I would go elsewhere. The photos also show people in the cool ice crevices, we only got to go into one crevice for a quick second.

One of the highlights of this experience were the incredible guides August and especially Brooke!! I am actually afraid of heights and was nervous to "brave the cave" but they made the experience extra fun and were a huge support! I felt super happy to do this route and now have a wonderful memory to take with me!
