Perhaps when selecting a tour you verify what's included and whats not and whether its suited for you since you are advanced in age and have limited mobility.
The exclusion section clearly states that entrance fees are not included in the tour and this is stated on your ticket. When that was brought to your attention, you didn't want to do any of the attractions because of the "extra charge." The driver made other suggestions but you didn't want to do any because of the additional cost, within $3-$10 USD range.
You were shouting out to your husband anything the driver said because of his lack of hearing and there's only so much higher our driver could raise his voice since he will not be shouting at clients during a tour. Probably a hearing aid will help significantly to avoid shouting.
After the waterfall attraction which you mentioned was your favorite part, you got into a drawn out arguement with your husband in front of our driver for several minutes which you claim was out of frustration. It appears you are speaking negatively of our tour in an effort to get a full refund for a service that was provided to you, imagine that.
