Expensive for what it is. Doesn’t take more than a couple of hours to see everything. The price on Viator doesn’t include the 12 month free returns as opposed to buying a ticket directly at the venue and the price on Viator was exactly the same as buying on the day at the castle. Not worth the money to be honest. Even the experiences at the Castle were pretty basic. Ended up just being a walking expedition and didn’t learn much.

How modern Lady Baillie is. Her private rooms are amazing. I loved the whole castle experience. The gardens are well attended and a pleasure to walk round.

The tickets were slightly cheaper than buying online from Leeds castle website. The trade off is that they are once only useage. You cannot use them to revisit within a year although we are unlikely to. The place is worth a visit. It was pouring with rain but we enjoyed the long walk up to the castle. Would use again
