Please know we must respect the departure timeline. Refunds will not be issued if a tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival

Safety first! In case of bad weather or rough sea conditions, we hold the right to change the route or cancel the tour for the benefit of all passengers. The captain makes this decision.
Bring cash for eat, take a cocktail or coffee at private Gray Line beach (optional).
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Nightmare

Absolute false advertising. The description and photos showed a small, fast speedboat, with 15 pers max. We got a slow moving 40 pers boat. They said water is provided, it was not. The ppl at the customer service desk were abusive Eurotrash that blew cigarette smoke in our face and told us to take a hike. Viator refuses to take any responsibility.

It was a Beautiful boat. The destinations were fabulous, loved Trogir and Blue lagoon the best. Might have skipped the ship wreck but it was still a great place for a swim. The crew were great.

Nice side trip from Split. Could have used more time at Trogir and Blue Lagoon

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Blue Lagoon and Trogir. Since the weather conditions were forecasted to be windy (and since there were a ton of people that signed up for the tour), we toured in a large boat (seating 40 people) rather than on a small craft (as stated during the initial sign up). At each stop, we had about 45mins - 1 hour. Time flew by at both Blue Lagoon and Trogir stops and wished that we had more time at each location. The shipwreck was ok (not a big deal if you missed it) but kids enjoyed diving below to get a closer look at the wreckage. If you like getting lost and enjoying glimpses of the "Old" world, I would recommend spending a good 1/2 day in Trogir as there are many cool architectural structures, quaint shops, and local eateries to visit. Our host John was fantastic and engaging with all. Would recommend it for all. If you have more time, consider going on the all day tour.

Smooth Sailing From Start to Finish

We had an amazing time! The staff at Gray Line were so professional, so friendly and made our time in Split so memorable. My mom and I had missed some tours in Venice because of guides not being visible or no showing, but that was not the case with Gray Line. They made sure they did everything to wait and contact guests that were missing and not only that, they knew we wanted to go swimming so they changed the schedule to take us swimming first! Robert and the other gentleman we had on board were so kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun to be with for the day. You’ve set our standards high Gray Line, please keep up the excellent work!

Did not do what was advertised

The only reason I booked this trip was to snorkel at the shipwreck. Due to weather (beautiful sunny day) we were not able to do the shipwreck which didn’t make sense. Additionally the boat didn’t actually have snorkels. Being on the water was nice but felt like a catfish as the trip I got was not what I had purchased nor wanted.

Don’t use gray line tours

If you want an informative tour of the blue lagoon and ship wreck don’t choose gray line tours. Of all the tours we took this one was the worst as far as interacting with patrons, staff never explained anything except to let us know how long we’ll be staying at a location. They took us to blue lagoon but their private beach was so rocky and uncomfortable to walk thru. The best time we had was at shipwreck beach., but we only stayed 30 mins. Majority of the time was spent driving to the locations. Also our tour was suppose to include lunch and drinks and nothing was provided. Would not recommend this tour company at all.

The Tour was a bit of a shipwreck!

Firstly John and the crew were very friendly! BUT, our booked 12 person speedboat tour turned out to be a 37 person motorboat shuttle. No explanation given and no communication re our relatively short stops until they were upon us..Blue Lagoon was ordinary with a slippery,rocky , sea urchin infested entry.No warning to have appropriate footwear given( none provided either) . Lunch at blue lagoon was rushed.As a half day water tour it was a daytime nightmare! To add to the guests woes there were jellyfish stings and sea urchin punctures galore. The lesson for anyone who advertises a service for a price-you need to provide it as 12 into 37 certainly doesn’t go!

It's a good trip, but not the best. Trogir is a great town and we wish we had more time there. The boat trip was rough and a bit scary in some rough weather. The blue lagoon and shipwreck were underwhelming.

Swimming in the Adriatic Sea!

The day started out with rain but cleared up after we left the medieval island of Trogir. That was a really cool place. Wish we had more time there. Then went to another spot to swim. Then to another swimming spot that was really fun. The boat restroom didn’t work was our only complaint.

Boat tour review

Crew was great, music was bopping. Went to first island which was really small but got coffee so it was fun. Then we went to the blue lagoon which was amazing and swam for about 45 min. Last island was Trojir which was much bigger and lots of food, drinks, gelato, and souvenirs. Overall was a great experience despite our poor weather!

The staff made this trip, especially our skipper Mai. I think this trip is mainly for when the weather is good and everyone wants to snorkel! Not everyone wanted to get in the water but we did for the shipwreck which was great. The blue lagoon was random as nothing was open and it was too cold to swim so didn’t really need as long there. Trogir was a lovely town to visit. Only book this if you plan to swim. Also remember there is no toilet on board so the first actual toilet was at the last stop in trogir. I was excited for this trip but first of all I got the wrong time, I booked 11am and 9am they calls me and tells me the boat already left..I got a later time but how can it go so wrong. Then the boat was not that special, the staff was okey I guess but just said some words and just talked to eachother in their language. Kinda boring trip if you don’t have a good company. Would not recommend

Not what I signed up for

The guides were great. But the tour was not as described. The entire reason I booked it was to see Trogir and we didn’t go there. The guides were very confused why the tour mentioned Trogir. I thought I was going to get to explore other islands but all we did was swim.
