Beautiful but poorly organized

The guide and lakes/waterfalls were great. The company however didn’t run the tour purchased as there was no stop at the airbase. Additionally they had an issue with the national park tickets that were purchased for an incorrect time that caused some avoidable issues.

An Unforgettable Experience

Stunning landscapes you will not find anywhere else. Delightful, knowledgeable guide, who provided an alternative route for a member of our party who strained her ankle along the route. We were provided ample break time, both during the bus journey to and from the park as well as along the route through the park. One of the best tours we have ever taken.

Amazing waterfalls- inaccurate advert

Waterfalls are unmissable!! The park is amazing and the guide was good but the trip was not as advertised. They forgot to pick us up so I had to call, the advert says the entrance costs 40 euros but the tickets we were given only cost £20, there was no electric train and lots of the coach seats were broken. We were also forced to go for lunch at a restaurant at the side of the road afterwards which would have been fine if advertised but it wasn’t and just wasted an hour. They did say we could eat our own food in there but when a waiter gives you a menu, you feel obligated. It’s a good way to see the waterfalls but they need to rewrite their viator advert so it’s accurate.
