I'm not asking for a refund just rebook w a service charge!!
Claudia_M, May 2024
So I messed up and booked for the wrong date. Yes I am the dummy here. But when I reached out to the tour operator to see what could be done they indicated that there were no refunds. I stated I didn't want a refund I just wanted to reschedule even if it meant they charged me an additional fee. They replied that the tour had passed and there were no refunds. So they are basically keeping my $154. I understand the concept of no refunds but the way they make it out is like this is a cake ...it's been baked and you missed it. This is a bus ride! You can easily charge me a "you are a dummy fee" and put me on another bus. Customer service by this company is nonexistent.
Plitvice tour and guide were amazing
Diane_S, Apr 2024
This trip from Split to Zagreb with a stop at Plitvice was perfect for our group of three. Mia was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about the history and cultural aspects of the area. Besides that she was super friendly! The lakes were AMAZING and it was nice to end in Plitvice.
Smooth ride, lots to see, great tour guide Mia
Eric_V, Apr 2024
We had a very comfortable ride between split and Zagreb. What made it even more enjoyable was our tour guide Mia. As we left the coast and made our way into the mountainside she did a wonderful job of balancing historical information with current events. The time at the lakes was worthwhile, lots to see. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking.
Fabulous
Paula_d, Oct 2023
The trip to the lakes was quite long and a little squashy in the van ! Our guide was hard to hear and this was frustrating … at the lakes he was attentive , kind and informative . He took us on the most wonderful tour and then we went to a fabulous restaurant gif a late meal before I continued onto Zagreb where I was delivered to my doorstep / all so smooth
Awesome
NANCY_A, Oct 2023
The park is awesome- a must see. And if you need to go from Split to Zagreb, this is a very good option. A bit expensive, though.
Should have been much better
Mark_N, Oct 2023
This was our second time on a Plitvice lakes tour, as it is a fantastic place. Unfortunately this time, this tour went a different way inside the park and missed getting up close to many of the key attractions in the gorge and inner circle path area around entrance 1 Maybe worth checking on the planned walk this tour will take, as this tour operator missed some best parts
Beautiful Lakes but painful transport
Thierry_B, Sep 2023
Plitvice lakes were beautiful and the guide very friendly. However, transportation in the minibus was very uncomfortable. Somehow they had put 4 seats wide in the back. I was stuck next to a large person and had to ask to change seat. The suspension was bumpy and as a result everyone in the back had their head banging against the seat. This lasted hours and just left back pain.
Fantastic Tour of the Plitvice Lakes and Transfer from Split to Zagreb
Stephnie_B, Sep 2023
The bus ride from Split to the lakes was most comfortable and we had an amazing tour guide called Ivan. The lakes were magical and everything we hoped for. We then changed buses and tour guide on the ride to Zagreb. The only reason I have not scored five stars is because we were not picked up at our apartment at the agreed time which made us very anxious. It was sorted out after we phoned the tour operator.
Unbelievable views
David_M, Sep 2023
The tour was great. It wasn’t a sunny day, but I think that worked in our favor. The beauty of the lakes and falls were spectacular. Igor, our guide was very informative. The only downside was the tight fit in the bus. I had to sit sideways for the 3 hour drive because my legs could not fit in the seat.
Good guide, gorgeous park
Kathryn_Q, Sep 2023
Franco is an excellent guide, knowledgeable, good humored, and a great communicator about what to expect logistically. The park is gorgeous and the vans were comfortable.
Great trip overall
Anurag_J, Sep 2023
Two-thirds of the trip was really good. Andre was an amazing driver and a good guide. The trip was well planned and covered all the major points of Plitvice. The last one third of the trip was disappointing as it was an AC bus with AC not working. Being a really hot day, the trip from Plitvice to Zagreb was terrible (considering the price for the entire trip). All in all a great trip!
Great trip to Plitvice Lakes

Great tour, and convenient way to get from Split to Zagreb. Loved our guide Borna, very organized and informative!
Hidden turqoois gem in Croatia!
Sharlene_O, Aug 2023
The turqoois water and waterfalls are such a hidden gem...that it is truly a sight to behold. Our guide, Peter, was also brilliant!!
Great way to transfer to Zagreb
Amy_H, Aug 2023
We had a great time with Frank as our guide. He provided lots of interesting and entertaining information on Croatia and the area. We were lucky with minimal crowds so got to see all the lakes and the big waterfall. The minivan to Zagreb had some mechanical difficulty but the guide handled it great and we had another bus meet us and drop of off in Zagreb still within time.
Plitvice itself, the walk...
JaimeEduardo_V, Aug 2023
Plitvice itself, the walk was great!, the guide was very attentive and helpfull. Also, the tips given by the guide regarding lunch were accurate.
Great way to travel from Split to Zagreb
Demetra_C, Aug 2023
It was a pleasant way to travel from Split to Zagreb while visiting the amazing Plitvice lakes. They took us from our apartment to the meeting point. We stopped for twenty minutes on our way to the lakes, at a great place to have a bite and then at a lovely restaurant with delicious food when leaving the lakes. We were a small group of 13 people which was great. The lakes were amazing. They shouldn't be missed. Nevertheless, during our visit to the lake I felt that we were in a hurry. We didn't have a lot of time to take photos and we skipped a part where you walked on bridges and you could see the waterfalls from closer so that we didn't need to wait for an hour. The guide didn't ask us whether we wanted to go or not. He just said it's better not to because we would have to wait. In general though he had humour and was polite. He waited for everyone and made pauses to make sure noone is lost. We arrived in Zagreb an hour earlier and the bus left us at our apartment. Overall, even though we left the lakes earlier, the whole trip was definitely worth it.
Great Excursion - Not Such a Great Guide
Lianne_N, Jul 2023
The tour itself was really good. Definitely a good idea if you were already planning to go to Plitvice Lakes and also need to get to Zagreb. Pickup was right on time and they dropped us off right at our hotel. Our bus driver was lovely. We didn’t however like our guide that much (Borna). He didn’t take the time to talk to anyone other than 2-3 out of the ten of us and didn’t communicate the plan for breaks or how the changeover from one bus to another was going to go. He scheduled a 30 minute break followed by 40 minutes of walking and then over an hour for lunch (which took place at 3:30pm). We would have much rather had a quick 10 minute break and slightly shorter lunch so we could get to Zagreb earlier. There were also points where we stopped on the extremely busy trail so that unimportant information was shared. As a heads up to anyone getting food at the break area near P3 in Plitvice, it’s poor quality with very little meat on a large bun. One of the cooks (Daniel) was extremely rude to my sister and wanted her to pay 20 cents on her debit card for mayonnaise. Aside from that, there’s absolutely beautiful scenery at the park that is definitely worth a visit.
Very enjoyable tour and transfer
Mohan_H, Jul 2023
Other than the fact that the local driver in Split was 30 minutes late picking us up, this was an excellent trip. Plitvice Lake National Park is unique in its glory of water falls and lakes. Our guide Diwali was superb in giving all the information and never rushing anyone in the group of 13. Hotel to hotel service and the meal breaks worked great. Very enjoyable experience.
Great tour of Plitvice Lakes with an efficient transfer
Janette_C, Jul 2023
I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an efficient transfer to Zagreb and want to visit the lakes. The day began at 6:45am when a golf cart picked me and my luggage up outside my accommodation in Split to take me to the meeting point with the rest of the group. This was very convenient so I wouldn't need to carry my bags. The tour of Plitvice Lakes was great. We got there around 11am and had a chance to explore both the upper and lower lakes. Our group from Split had 12 people which was a good size as the lakes get really busy and it wouldn't be as fun in a big group. Thanks Borna for being a fun and informative guide. After the tour, we stopped for lunch at around 3:30pm. After lunch is when the transfer happens. You and your luggage are moved to the first bus to another bus with the tour heading back to Zagreb. We reached Zagreb around 7pm. As my hotel was near the group's dropff point (Park Zrinjevic), I did not have my own dropoff but another couple who also came from Split were offered a taxi to their hotel.
Amazing
Shanelle_H, Jul 2023
Ivan was such a great guide! The whole transfer process and tour ran completely smooth. Ivan had good tips and tricks for the lakes; especially on how to get the best photo. The food recommendations were also great!
