Very disappointing tour. The elderly gentleman running the tour was hard to understand ( poor enunciation) and had no personality. He is in the people business. I would not recommend.

It was very difficult to hear the driver/guide, which decreased our experience with the tour. You should also consider having a bus with outdoor seating, helps to effectively see the attractions and get good pictures.

We liked our driver. He was a little quiet but he was full of knowledge and friendly. We enjoyed seeing all the different sites and hearing the history of the city. We learned a lot!! Decent price and we were comfortable. Great way to see the city!!

Everything was interesting, tour guide was great. City was beautiful. Very informative. I'm not crazy about having to come up with a one hundred character story, I prefer keeping it short and sweet.

This was an informative and interesting tour. Our bus was a little empty (Monday afternoon) so it was hard to hear (bus rattles). However, we learned a lot and our guide was very nice and friendly.

Great tour for first time visitors

At first, I was leary about the pick up point - park in the Four Seasons lot and meet in front of a casino, but it worked out well. We actually parked in the casino lot, which was free. We also left the car in the llt while we walked over to explore the Arch. The tour itsself was very educational and entertaining. It was a great whirlwind tour of the city. I would definitely recommend it.

Getting on and off the trolley. The tour guide was hard to understand. He was silent about a third of the trip and had no personality when speaking. For the retired and elderly people that I brought , I was disappointed for them. I don’t believe we got our money’s worth!

Hearing so many facts about St. Louis that we were unaware of. Driver was very informative. I don’t know what else to say. Seats were too small. He was a god driver and very knowledgeable.

No tour for us. Road blockage prevented us from getting to the hotel on time.

Arrived before 2;00 pm only to find roads closed and the GPS directions took us across the EADS bridge for a U-turn, then down to second street which is blocked. We had three phone with directions to the hotel. By the time we arrived it was ten after. Too late for the tour. The website was no help at all. You need to have directions and a map on the website that clearly show how to get there with warnings that certain roads are blocked off. The site should say to arrive 30 minutes early as the parking is some distance from the pickup point. We are from northern Michigan find the roads and traffic patterns in this part of St Louis, MO confusing to say the least.

Driver/guide was trying hard to be folksy. Some of her stuff could have easily been left out (prohibited street…how did they do it? City ordinance.) Probably should have taken the historic walking tour. It did give us a quick, easy overview.
