David was a phenomenal guide. He was enthusiastic, friendly and kind. He laid out the planned itinerary, but made it clear we could add or delete as our group wanted. He even stopped at a bakery to let us pick up a bday cake for one of our group. We saw beautiful sights and ate fantastic food. The tour was a highlight of our trip!

The driver was friendly, polite, and respectful. The vehicle was not what we expected. We were expecting a larger vehicle that was cleaner, newer, and one that the air conditioning worked. The air conditioning worked for the family members that were in the front seat, but not in the back. We did get picked up on-time, and returned to the ship in time for departure.

What an amazing tour!! David was absolutely awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us make the best of the tour! Don’t hesitate to book and even though our ship let us off late, He was kind enough to wait for us and make our time very memorable!

Our guide David was great! It rained the entire time and he made the best of it. We had an awesome lunch at Cynthia’s, saw some sights, Bird Sanctury and back. We don’t get to see Maho Beach but that was due to rain and traffic. There happen to be 4 cruise ships in that day. I would highly recommend David and Viator to book your excursions.

David was the best tour guide. He let us customize our experience on the Island visiting places that we were interested in seeing. He took us to a great Restaurant on the French side for an incredible lunch at a local place. Being a local himself added to our wonderful experience as he shared about his homeland. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend it. Hopefully you will be lucky and have King David as your guide!!

We really enjoyed out tour with this company. Our cruise ship was delayed significantly but out tour guide, David, was still waiting for us at the pier. Despite the late start his welcome was very warm and friendly and he gave us a great tour of the French side of the island, including a delicious local lunch and terrific photo opportunities. David made us feel like valued guests and we all had a wonderful time.

Parrot villa, food in marigot and tour guide, David was great and the island is wonderful. It was cool feeding the iguanas and the market in Marigot was really nice.

The good: The tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and patient! Totally recommend!!
The bad : the tour would not honor what we already paid for which was the entrance to Parot Ville. In addition, someone from their Office messaged and argued with me back and forth, despitee showing how the entrance was included in 3 Separate places. We paid for the parot ville tour again. Overall, I don't recommend the company because they are dishonorable. If there was a problem w the listing, they should have dealt with it w Viator, not with the tourists!!!

We’re deeply sorry that our resolution to your issue did not meet your expectations. What you perceived as arguing was our customer service agent kindly trying to explain to you that your Parrot Ville entrance fee is not included in your tour fee. We’re sorry that despite our numerous efforts trying to explain to you that the entrance fees were in your charge you were unable to understand this simple fact.
Our tour guide David was phenomenal and ensured that you and your partner had an awesome tour despite your unpleasant behavior.
You inquired at Parrot Ville if really the fees were included and AGAIN was told that the entrance fees of $10 are in your charge. Parrot Ville Sanctuary is highly recommended, however it’s optional, we never forced anyone to visit. You were very rude and disagreeable to our staff and the staff of Parott Ville, you insulted them by demanding what kind of seeds they should give you to feed their birds. We treat all our customers as family and though we are nicknamed The Friendly Island we expect the utmost respect from our visitors alike.
We built our business reputation on solid business principles and strong work ethics. We strive to keep up with the ever-increasing demand of our services from both new and repeat customers. If we failed in your case, please accept our sincere apology.
