Good Day Manpreet Walia, we regret that you did not enjoy your charter with us on 3/12. A half day trip is typically two stops in the USVI; one to snorkel and one beach stop. As you know, you told Captain Vale that you did not want to snorkel, just sight see. This is reflected in your fuel bill; driving for a full four hours vs. stopping to snorkel or visit a beach. While we do not believe our Captain was being rude, when he told you we could not go to the British Virgin Islands, Lime Out on St John AND Water Island in four hours, you did get quite upset with him.
Our Captains are very safety conscientious and try to balance the guests requests (in your case "to see any many things as we can without getting in the water.") and safety of our guests. Our apologies if in attempt to get you to multiple sites, you felt he was going too fast.
Please note that he did tell you we need a full day, passports, paperwork to go to BVI and that Lime Out is about 45 minutes each way from Red Hook and that Water Island is roughly 25-30 minutes each way from Red Hook. He did encourage you to book an additional day to take in one or more of the stops you requested. Concerning towels, he did not "take your towels". Guests leave towels in the boat nearly daily. If you'd like to come by the office and identify your towels, we are happy to give them to you. Perhaps next time, you could book a full day and we can enjoy Water Island, Lime Out or the BVI's.
