You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

JD is an AMAZING tour guide! Willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time and getting as much as they can out of the experience!! He was also full of so much local knowledge and historical facts. We enjoyed all of his fun facts and good sense of humor. The entire tour is great from beginning to end -- highly recommend!!

Oh my gosh don’t miss this tour if only for the train ride and beautiful walk through the eucalyptus trees! We have told everyone about our day in the blue mountains. We are from San Diego so have a wonderful zoo here, but the stop at the zoo was wonderful seeing the Australian animals up close. This is a great day to spending this beautiful country.

Excellent trip! Some of the most noteworthy included riding a skyway that had a glass floor, walking down to a waterfall, riding the steepest incline railway passenger train, taking a 30-minute walk on an elevated boardwalk through a rain forest, and riding on Australia's biggest cable car. Our guide was wonderful!

We had a wonderful trip to the Blue Mountains! Helder was a fantastic tour guide and host! There was some fog early so he was helpful to find times when we could try again to see the 3 Sisters. Cable car, railway and zoo were all as described. Highly recommend. Good value!

I highly recommend this tour! Especially for those who are short on time, this is a great trip to see several highlights (Blue Mountains, Scenic World, Sydney Zoo, and Ferry trip)! This tour took us to see the highlights of the Blue Mountains (without hiking), includes all of the "rides" at Scenic World, and a kangaroo feeding! Our tour guide, Axel, was EXCELLENT! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about Australia and animals. He even offered to guide us through the Sydney Zoo and provided really insightful commentary about the animals. I booked this tour somewhat last minute and I'm so happy I did!

The trip was amazing. The Blue Mts. (and the Three Sisters) were beautiful and Leonard, our tour guide, was great! He was super knowledgeable and informative about everything on the way to and from the Blue Mts. He also taught us about the different trees while we were there, and about Australian music on the bus ride. I highly suggest this tour!
