    The tour was canceled by the subcontracted Mates tour & you seemed to not communicate with them at all. We are expecting a full refund.

    Sorry to hear your bad experience. Although you haven’t had a chance to enjoy the tour, unfortunately due to the weather conditions your tour has been cancelled and you was unable to change dates. A full refund has been organized. Once again we apologize for a bad weather cancellation.
