Seeing the look on my wife's face because she has never been to the zoo. I think the monkeys were the highlight.

My grand children enjoyed the water park and the Small apes were very entertaining. We never seen Manatees it was really neat how many the zoo had and you could see them so good. Also free parking I think they should have timed entrances it was Avery long time to get in.

The zoo was perfect. Gorgeous day. Lots of shade and benches. BUT getting into the zoo with the vouchers took way too much time. Did the vouchers to save time. Granted we were a party of 7. The woman issueing the tickets did a great job considering.

Much smaller than expected for the ticket price. Safari truck was disappointing. Australia section will open shortly. Hour and a half is enough to see everything

Great Trip overall

Went with my family of 8. Our experience was very good. Parking was easy and free. The park attendants were very friendly. I loved that they had rides and water splash areas for extra entertainment for the kids. Lots of rest and cool down areas (high powered, functional fans). The animals we got to see were great. The habitats were very creative. I didn't like that there were a number of animals that weren't available/not on display on the day we were there. Also food and gifts were over priced.

Had a great time. The people were very welcoming and the monkeys were our entertainment. The time spent was great although it was very hot. I will visit again but probably when it’s cooler.

We loved the orangutans. They were very active and funny. All the animals were so much fun. The giraffes were so elegant. The staff was so friendly. The Photo Booth where we purchased our " green screen " photos, staff were so helpful , patient and friendly. A very nice young man helped me. ( I didn't get his name ) also Zoe was so sweet to my grandson. Playing and joking with him. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The highlight of the trip was the Manatees. Everything else was meh. I was very disappointed with the exhibits. This was an expensive ticket and not worth the $$.

Watching the monkeys, the zoo was in disarray. Lots of construction and the Safari ride was closed because their were not enough people in the park and it would probably start up in the afternoon! Well, there is not enough to look at to stay for another three hours. I have attended the zoo years ago with my children and it was an great experience for myself and children! The cost of sixty dollars is rather high but i hope it goes to support the animal care!

A great place to have family time and do something different from visiting the theme parks.

Badly we called in about the tickets and no email was sent to me for the tickets and at the zoo they said they can’t do 3rd party so we cancel and put in for a refund. I will never use this app again. Customer service said that he can’t find the email address or my phone number or the confirmation number that we had . And put me on hold 3 times and then the 4th time on hold it disconnected me. So I called my credit card and stopped payment and canceled my card . And hope I don’t get charged. My favorites were the penguins and definitely the manatee exhibit! A little disappointed that the Safari ride was not operating. It was fun to see all the people getting wet just watching the water coaster!
