Great shuttle service from Taupo to Tongariro NP for Alpine Crossing hike. Picked up at hotel at 515 in the morning, and return by 400 in the afternoon.

Great service provided. The driver was on time, 5.15am sharp, very friendly and professional. He gave clear instructions and drove us safely. I found the price so expensive for a 1h drive to the Crossing Tongariro, return ticket, I paid $125 Australian dollars. I paid because it was the only option I had, since my hostel didn't want to help me to book through them. Anyway, the service was great, just totally overpriced in my case.

Great experience! The shuttle was on time, just a few minutes late. The driver was friendly. The pick up was close to our place of stay, just 5-7 minutes walk. So we were able to leave our car at our place.

Wonderful! I'm glad it all worked out for you. We pick up all over Taupo at 5:15am pretty quickly. But we can't be everywhere at 5:15am. We ask that you wait outside for us at 5:15am and we will be there pretty soon after.
