Amazing views

Amazing experience, amazing views the whole way. There was enough time to get photos and look around at each stop. Our guide was incredible very knowledgeable and had a good laugh with all of us. If you get travel sick be wary as roads are very wavy. Driver did a great job keeping us safe. Thank you!

Long boring trip by bus, trapped in the bus almost all the time. With kids very bad experience. No time in Teide park.

We were trapped in the bus almost the whole time. It is unsuitable for small children, according to the tour guide, the tour should not be sold to people with a small child under two years old. This was our case and we spent almost 5 hours on the bus with short stops (10,20 max 30 min), when we didn't even have time to look around and get dressed, let alone walk somewhere. Suitable for inactive pensioners or immobile people.

Fantastic trip with a great guide . We booked through viator and then the excursion company instantly messaged me with very clear instructions for pickup , they also arranged cable car tickets for us .

Only Worth It If You Can Get Cable Car Ticket

Teide National Park itself is amazing. However, if you cannot get cable car ticket (they can be sold out during busy seasons), the tour isn't worth doing. Besides Mt Teide, there were three 10 minutes sessions of getting off the bus to see some rock formations. If you don't have cable car ticket, they'll just leave you at a restaurant while other people do Mt Teide.

very bad experience the bus was 40 minutes late. very short stops leaving no time to visit. the driver and guide were not friendly. we spent more time on the bus than on the site. I did this excursion 6 months ago with another company and I was delighted we had time to really enjoy the site and see and visit everything

Half day trip to Teide mountain

We had a great trip with Miguel, who drove us safely around those crazy roads uphill and Rosa, who told interesting facts about Teide and the Canaries in three (!) different languages. I was never bored for a moment. Even though I didn't book my ticket in advance for the chairlift it was possible on the spot too. I definitely recommend taking it to the top of Teide! The landscape is unbelievably beautiful, something out of this world. I felt the time was flying away too fast, I could spend days in this national park. This trip is perfect for those who are tight with time but want to see Teide, the highlight of Tenerifere nonetheless.

Book your tickets for cable car before you go, worth the price , beautiful day out with the family, half day trip takes around 6 hours, so plenty of time to take in the views

Good tour but not for infants

We booked this tour because it was advertised that infant seats were available, however 2H before departure we were notified that we would need to carry the baby in our arms during the bus ride. We contacted them and asked to then bring our own car seat and only due to luck the tour was not full so they let us bring the car seat onboard but told us they usually dont allow it. So I do not recommend this tour if travelling with infants that you wish to safely secure in a car seat.

A really good , enjoyable and insightful trip. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of stops for toilet breaks and to stretch. The guide was very good.

Good experience but I didn’t get the option to buy tickets for the cable carts or any info on that on Viator, so I missed out. other than that got to go hiking around the volcano and other mountains. So make sure u get the cable cart tickets before hand.

The trip was well planned, had great stops along the way to sample local food and drinks, and was able to get off for photos numerous times. The bus was well air conditioned and pick up from the airport was perfect. We didn’t book the cable car but was given the option upon arrival for an additional fee. Happy we did. The view at the top was stunning. Be aware it’s cold and windy at the top so definitely pack an extra jacket or layers. The drive up was stunning as well. Viator kept in touch and responded to and emails immediately. Highly recommend

Positiva anche se con cambi di programma

La guida è stata molto brava e chiara, esperienza positiva e giro scenografico e ben organizzato. Peccato che il giorno prima ci abbiano detto che la guida italiana si fosse ammalata e che fosse disponibile solo quella inglese. Abbiamo apprezzato la sostituta ma speravamo in un piccolo sconto che invece ci hanno rifiutato. Inoltre dalle informazioni ci aspettavamo un mini bus o una jeep, invece eravamo in un bus con 50 persone (probabilmente anche per il cambio di programma), un po’ dispersivo.
