    What To Expect

    Make your way to the centrally located meeting point in Tokyo’s Shinjuku neighborhood and jump on board your comfortable coach for a full day of exploring the Japanese capital.

    After a visit to the Meiji Jingu shrine, arrive at the Imperial Palace, the current residence of the Imperial family, where you’ll visit either the East Garden or the Niju-bashi Bridge in the Outer Garden. Next is Senso-ji temple in Asakusa where you’ll have time to shop for souvenirs on Nakamise Avenue before enjoying a matcha-tasting experience and Japanese-style lunch.

    Next up is the soaring Tokyo SkyTree where you’ll skip the line for the Tembo Deck observatory, which offers stunning city views. Then it’s on to the Odaiba district where you’ll take a ferry ride across Tokyo Bay and under Rainbow Bridge.

    Make use of the free Wi-Fi on the coach ride to Shinjuku Station where you’ll be dropped off.

    • Main Meals: A set meal with Japanese fried chicken and Tofu. No pork, no seafood but please note that Miso soup contains fish stock. No nuts, no crustaceans but anyone who has a serious allergy, please book the tour without lunch.
    • Gluten-free Meals: A meal with grilled chicken, rice, miso soup and tofu.
    • Vegetarian Meals: A meal with Salad, miso soup, rice and tofu.
    • Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.
    • Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
    • Every Tuesday we will visit Fukagawa Edo museum or Hamarikyu Gardens due to the cruise suspension, so we will not be going to Odaiba.
    • Please​ let​ us​ know​ your​ booking​ numbers​ and​ total​ number​ of​ people​ before​ the​ tour​ if​ you​ have​ several​ bookings​ or​ if​ you​ have​ booked​ separatly.
    • Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
    • If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
    • Not recommended for those who can not walk long distance
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 43 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    A good tour for the first time visitor

    A good tour to hit highlights in Tokyo. But Imperial Palace tour is just a passby at outside gate. We didn't go inside ground.

    Mao is an excellent tour guide, we learned Japanese culture, history, shopping tips from her. She has a wonderful smile and is patient in answering all kinds of questions. She even told us where to buy beautiful and very reasonably priced kimono. Mao is the Best tour guide we met in Japan.

    Despite the miserable weather, I had the time of my life. Taka may be young but he's one of the best for guide I've ever had. I learned so much about Japanese culture and life that I wish that he could be my guide in every city in the world. He gave so much insight and made suggestions for other places to go. The Macha and lunch were needed and tasty breaks. My gluten free options were perfectly wonderful. You see many different areas of Tokyo and cover a lot of city favorites that are well worth the time. The memories of the women in kimonos at the Buddhist temple will be with me forever.

    Tour included most of the top spots to see in Tokyo all in one day. Bus service made the tour even more convenient. Levin, our guide was thoroughly knowledgeable about the sights and sounds of Tokyo.

    Our guide, Mao, was full of knowledge, humor and helpfulness. The full day tour was well planned and organized re: pace, time at stops and locations. I would highly recommend this tour as we felt that it provided a great overview of the huge city of Tokyo! The lunch and matcha snacks were also excellent. We were in Japan for 3 weeks with many tours and also explored on our own. Mao was the BEST tour guide we had! REQUEST MAO!

    It was the first time to Tokyo for my 82 y/o uncle. Our guide, Mint was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bus driver drove with great care. We highly recommend this trip.

    Angela, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for everyone on our tour, all with a smile on our face and jokes in-between. Couldn't have asked for a better guide! The tour overall was perfect... Explored many popular sites. Lunch was delicious!!! Definitely recommend getting the lunch.

    Angela kept our group organized and on time for all the venues on the itinerary. She presented a lot of information in a fun way. We enjoyed all the stops on the tour. The booking was definitely worth it.

    This may be a good tour but we don't know! We made a mistake and booked the wrong day, our fault. But after that the service was draconian/ruthless. No offers of refund, day swap despite availability or prior warning the tour was coming up, which would have highlighted the problem. The only 'solution' offered was to pay for a 2nd time on the days available. We declined paying a further £200 plus pounds.
