This includes, but is not limited to, accidents while walking, pedestrian-related incidents, theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Participant Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the walking tour activities. It is also the customer's responsibility to follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and to exercise caution when navigating pedestrian areas during the tour.
