    Purely based on our own experience having done a tour to Uzungol and another to Aydar with two different tour companies and booked through Viator. What to expect when you book tours in Trabzon: - Frequent pick up delays between 30 to 60 min. - Requested English language tour? You may get only Turkish and Arabic. - Not a Tour Guide! They are Tour Principles and more of a taxi service than a guided tour. Don't expect any information on locations you are visiting in terms of history, archeology, geography or any trivia info. The Tour Principle just tells you what are the stops and when to come back to the bus after each. - You book via Viator but of course Tour company is X, 24 hours before the tour suddenly company Y calls or WhatsApp you to confirm. Then on the day you get picked up by company Z. - If the Tour says only 5 people in the bus, expect a full bus. - If they say lunch included, it could be sometimes a set menu which is perfectly fine, but sometimes they just pay you back 50 TL per person. So this means you get approximately at maximum half lunch covered (depending on how much you eat). - They don't provide bottled drinking water in the tour. This is not a problem at all as you can buy on your own. But a small gesture goes a long way, especially in the summer heat and full day tours with long hours of driving. - Uzungol and Aydar locations are magical places when it comes to nature and green mountains, lake and rivers, but also super mega busy and so flooded with tourists that you will need to put extra effort to find your way to enjoy a view. - The other stops on the way to and out of the main attraction sites like Uzungol and Aydar are probably for most people not something to get super excited about. If you know and are fine with all the above, you will have a good day and trip.

    Dear mr Samer & mrs Mhez We are terribly sorry that you have been disappointed with the tour. However, the service you attended was not private and during a group (non-private tour), each guest are picked up from their hotel seperately, through which latencies can be experienced. . Moreover, our guide gave his apologies and information about the latency in advance. As the all of the participants in the tour were native Arabic speakers (you have a lebanese passport) we have arranged an English & Arabic speaking guide so that they can have a better option to enjoy the tour as well. According to the information we received from our guide, you spoke Arabic instead of English during the tour. . This tour was a natural-zone tour so the information to be shared on the tour was limited unlike any other historical tours. Main concept about the tour was the beauty of the nature and the city indeed. Also, you mentioned in your comment that you were not satisfied with the service of another company. The information you wrote has nothing to do with our tour. We are sure that everyone who reads your comment will understand that you wrote this purely to defame our company.

    The tour was nice not bad whats sad I have paid 80€ and this tour cost 10€ when I arrived to the hotel I asked how much does it cost they said 10€ and this tour is so typical nothing special, the tour guide she was so kind and everything was good, lunch meal but my problem with the price and it’s shame to put such price and it costs 10€ at the end, not recommended to buy from here hope my comment will be here to help everyone

    The tour content you receive is different, the guide entrance fees for the tour you have bought are included, vehicle transfers, hotel accommodation and travel insurance. Prices may change with the service change received.
