We are terribly sorry that you have been disappointed with the tour. However, the service you attended was not private and during a group (non-private tour), each guest are picked up from their hotel seperately, through which latencies can be experienced. . Moreover, our guide gave his apologies and information about the latency in advance. As the all of the participants in the tour were native Arabic speakers (you have a lebanese passport) we have arranged an English & Arabic speaking guide so that they can have a better option to enjoy the tour as well. According to the information we received from our guide, you spoke Arabic instead of English during the tour.
. This tour was a natural-zone tour so the information to be shared on the tour was limited unlike any other historical tours. Main concept about the tour was the beauty of the nature and the city indeed. Also, you mentioned in your comment that you were not satisfied with the service of another company.
