      I gave this tour 3 stars, it has the potential to be great in the near future, i suggest more ATV trails, the stairs to the first zip line are sketchy, but overall we had a decent time, all the guides and people working i give 5/5 stars. Just beware the photos at the end of the excursion they will try to upsell.

      Had a great time facing my fears

      At first, I didn’t know if I would be up for this tour, specifically the cenote and zip lining because of my fears of height and being in a large body of water where I can’t touch the ground. Our tour guide name was Julio and he did a great job making sure everyone felt comfortable. I had a good time, laughed even when I was struggling to get up the steps for the last zip line. I would 100% recommend this tour but do be aware it is very physical!

      Tbh the atv was ok. The ziplining was good but I don't like the in-between bits when they take you to the huts to buy stuff also. They overcharged me for 2 gifts we purchased so that annoyed me alot because they try using the exchange rate all that bla bla typical bullsh_t tbh.

      My first time in Mexico, I went ziplining and ATV riding and got the chance to experience the beautiful Cenotes along with exploring the jungle. The guides were informative, respectful, and helpful throughout the whole journey it was an amazing experience I would recommend 10/10

      Our guide Julio was awesome!! The zip lines were really fast! The cenote was spectacular…the beat I have seen. Swimming in the underground river was a once in a lifetime experience.

      I recently went on a fantastic tour that exceeded all of my expectations! Julio, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience truly unforgettable. The tour was definitely worth every penny, as we got to enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks from the bar at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be recommending this tour to all of my friends and family - It was truly a memorable experience that I will never forget!

      Great half day tour that doesn't involve traveling too far from Tulum

      The not-so-great parts first: 1) When you book the tour, ask them for a number that works because the one listed there didn't work when we needed it. 2) bring lots of water, it's a long day, and it gets hot quickly! 3) Do not go into the AKI Super, as they will leave you behind, even though they tell you you have time to grab something in the store. We went in to get bug spray and they left us behind! Luckily, we had a car, and after a while, someone sent us the location to meet via chat - since the number didn't work when we tried calling! The good: The tour itself is great, Alex was our guide, and he was informative and very organized after the not-so-great experience with the pickup. The ziplining is awesome, but the rappelling is meh; hopefully, that is not the main thing you wanna do, as this ain't the tour for that. The ATV part is tame; you go in a single line with a guide at the front and rear, so you are not going fast, and the loop is lame. Make sure to stop for pictures because the guides don't really make time for that, even though they'll tell you you'll stop for photos. The cenote was nice, too. The food was okay, it comes with lemonade, and you can pay extra for other drinks. Overall, I'd say 7/10 for the whole thing.

      The ATV ride was great it has a lot of steep hills but I do recommend sunglasses or shades so that no dust or dirt will get in your eyes. Also their is a lot of walking so please make sure you prepare with some comfortable walking tennis shoes, you will be going up rocky mountain terrain. One last piece is that you will do three zip lining courses, something they do not tell you in. the description but enjoy it is a lot of fun.

      Like everyone says, ATVs kept breaking down but they were there to help. Not too much information was provided regarding what we would actually be doing in the parks. There is one big zip line that you have to do that takes you to the smaller ones and there’s barely a hike to get to them and the cenote but a lot of people weren’t prepared so fair warning if you’re not fit! It gets dirty so don’t wear nice clothes and don’t bring too much because you share a locker. Taquitos were delicious. José was the perfect tour guide thank you so much!!!

      Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Tour und unserem Guide (CJ). Er war super sympathisch, hat sich alle Namen gemerkt und sich um jeden Teilnehmer individuell gekümmert. Großes Lob an dieser Stelle! :) Zur Tour selbst: - Sie hat etwa 5 Stunden gedauert (Anfahrt inklusive) - ATV Tour hat Spaß gemacht, auch wenn der Untergrund um Dschungel nicht für jeden etwas ist. - Es gab eine sehr große Zipline (etwa >1 Kilometer - atemberaubend) - 2-3 kleinere, die dafür jedoch sehr schnell sind - 1 Zipline, die direkt in einen Pool geht - absolut geil - Mittagessen und Trinken - Das Highlight: Die Cenoten-Tour. Diese ging etwa 30 Minuten. Mit einer Schwimmweste geht es in eine Cenoten-Höhle weit hinein.
