Totally worth it!
jovana_s, Apr 2024
The temple in tulum was amazing! Coba was even more interesting because you felt as if you were in the jungle around all those trees .
Mayan ancient city and port. Wonderful lunch!
Beth_A, Apr 2024
Swimming with my daughters in the cenote, people cheering on the jumpers. The beautiful ocean at Tulum ruins a lot more pleasant than going to the Acropolis and more interesting as well. Coba was the best and we also saw Chitzen-itsa a few days before. The ruins are incredible to behold and the ride up there very fun, don't miss the structures right at the beginning to walk around as well they are amazing and show the culture of these ancient people.
Ruins and Lunch
Andy_M, Apr 2024
Cobs still being uncovered and cycling into the Coba ruins was very memorable. Tulum is spectacular although if visitors were provided with a map that would be helpful. The Mayans around the cenote were very friendly and the meal was great.
Great trip
Lauren_S, Mar 2024
Well planned and organised trip, our guide was great and very informative. Long day and a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes and take sunscreen water and snacks.
It’s great if you are prepared
Jennifer_M, Mar 2024
We loved our guide he was really informative. Our bus broke down but it worked out fine, it was kind of confusing with the meeting spot. The biggest negative if there is no water or drinks included! Also no food until 3ish so eat a big meal before. We brought snacks and water. It’s helpful to bring pesos. Bring a towel for after the swim.
Good Tour But Some Administration Could Be Improved
O_M, Feb 2024
+ the ruins themselves + guides were professional and knowledgeable - actual informational side of each ruin visit was too short. - check-in the morning of the tour was horrific (need to do significantly better
Terrible experience
Amitu_M, Feb 2024
Starting from having to split our group and sitting scattered since there was no space on the bus not much went well. Most of our group was shoved at the back where we could not hear a word of what the guide was saying. Inspite of letting him know nothing changed. Due to this we had no idea what to do when we got off at the first location. And had to come back from the entrance to get our tix. The time to return back to the bus after all stops was not respected and the 11 hour trip ended up being more like 13+ hours. Lunch was included and we had vegetarian options but they ran out of beans fairly quickly so for vegetarians in the group there was not much left to eat. We ended paying for a taxi to return back to our resort. All in all not worth spending an entire day on this tour.
Must do.

Amazing adventure, but be aware of a lot of extra fees (for drinks, bike ride or rental for the couple miles at Coba in a one-hour stop, life vest required at cenote, and there was a fun 4th stop after the cenote/lunch. Lunch was 5pm, so bring snacks or they can be purchased at Tulum. Pickup was confusing. Map location link provided was half a block away (from where we were later told they were looking for us) and there were several busses and hundreds of people. We were there early, but company said we were not where we needed to be. Call the company and ask what door to be by, what vehicle is picking you up (bus or van, color)... We were able to uber 25 min to another meeting point.
Pretty much we booked the...
Lauren_P, Jan 2024
Pretty much we booked the night before, it charged my card and then we show up and 11 minutes before we were supposed to leave they told us they didn't have enough room for us so we didn't get to go, lost out on other cool plans we could've made instead and now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my funds back. Inconvenient and unprofessional
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Thank you very much for your feedback, we do apologize for the inconvenience since this was a last minute booking, the spaces are subject to availability we understand your frustration we are verifyng wich will be the best practices to avoid this in the future.
So far the best trip in Mexico in terms of company
Olga_P, Jan 2024
It was really nice trip. The bus was big and comfortable, ac and usb port. The guides were actually funny and welcoming (Marco and the other guide don’t remember his name started with F). Lunch is about 3:30pm and you will be back home at about 9-10pm with is perfect for me. We had multiple chances to buy snacks during the day so you won’t starve.
Great Mayan ruins, lacked professional tour information
John_P, Jan 2024
We saw great Mayan ruins which we enjoyed. However, while the package indicated a professional guide we did not get any guidance at Coba and very little at Tulum. I would suggest to either provide tourism information or rebrand it as logistical support only
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Thank you very much for sharing this information, we would like to know more about the situation since our commitment is to provide guided visits to both sites. Would you mind sharing more about this on amin@cancunvacationexperts.com?
"Lunch" was served at 4pm
Obianuju_M, Dec 2023
Make sure you eat and take snacks. We had "lunch " at 4pm. Most people including me didn't do the second part of tour due to hunger. The tour guides were nice and friendly though.
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Thank you very much for the feedback, we are taking note to verify why you had lunch that late, and we are taking note and action to avoid this in the future.
Great day trip
Heaven_O, Dec 2023
this is a great first excursion to start off the trip and we had a good time learning/seeing everything. it was beautiful and the transportation was smooth. they need more instructions on where to get picked up from but other than that the service was amazing. we did a lot on this day trip.
Tullum Mayan Ruins
Joe_H, Dec 2023
Great experience, the facilitator was well knowledged. It took a little bit longer than I thought. I didn’t expect to be out there for over 12 hours but the traffic had allowed to do with that as well but overall that thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They could do a little better on the food preparation for the meal, it lacked a lot of the items we were promised, and the attendance at the cenote Restaurant didn’t seem real willing to accommodate but other than that I had a great time
Great tour !!!
Jean_B, Dec 2023
It was a great and long day. We saw lots of things. We were lucky with the weather and Tulum had a spectacular sky perfect for photos. The only negative is the fact that our guide was speaking over the shaman during the maya ceremony at the cenote.
very disappointed.
Kayong_H, Dec 2023
This tour was so disappointed...the lunch was after 4pm and the food was horrible...not enough food and folk to eat. There was no information about the late lunch and did not provide any snack nor information. I believed that two tour guide were good people but lack of information and it seems like do not care about the peoples well-being...
Really good
nicolas_w, Dec 2023
Every thing was very good, the pick up, the bus, the guides, the experiences. I guess the only note I’d point out is that since it is an all day multiple destinations excursion the available time at each stop is limited. I didn’t mind because I wanted to get as much in in one day as possible.
Tulum
FERNANDO_F, Nov 2023
Good tour we enjoy the experience with Mundo. He was very attentive and explain everything we were seeing
Fantastic trip!
Deepa_D, Nov 2023
Great experience and wonderful day trip to 4 areas! We loved the explanation and time we got to spend at each location. Zeferino our main guide was great. Our family of 4 took away lots of great memories.
Tulum, Coba, Mayan Cenote experience, Playa del Carmen
Patti_N, Nov 2023
Our tour operators were very thorough and helpful. We would have appreciated more information in the trip description, like bring sunscreen, towel, flip flops for swim, and headphones and power supply for devices on the long bus ride. The three tour operators were very helpful in trying to locate my lost husband which caused a 13-15 min delay on the trip, we were grateful. The bus was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the food but would have liked more beverage choices. Explaining the need for cash in the trip description would have been very helpful as well, since we ran out of cash. Even the tax dollar amount was more than what was listed. There was also opportunities to shop where card was not accepted. There was also confusion about our pickup location. We received an email telling us to go to The Grand and the van went to our original location at Sunrise Moon Palace. We don't know why we had to take a bus to the other location when the van tried to pick us up at our original location. The email was sent the day before our trip changing our pickup location which turned out to be incorrect.
