This excursion was so amazing! The staff were so fun and so knowledgeable! Very outgoing, easy going. We saw a lot of humpback whales, sea lions, seals! They took us around light houses, to feeding areas, etc. We definitely got our moneys worth & more! Great value!! Will definitely recommend!

This was an amazing tour! The naturalists on the boat were knowledgeable and quick to point out movement on the water and explain what we were seeing. They also did a great job filling time when we were moving from point to point to keep things interesting. We saw numerous humpback whales doing deep dives (so lots of whale tails!) and saw three pods of orcas that were socializing while hunting. It was the highlight of our trip! Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see whales while in Victoria. The value was great and the ability to move between the top and inside decks when the boat wasn't going too fast was an added bonus. They had hot chocolate and coffee available and warm jackets for the cool temperatures out on the water.

Overall, the tour was nice! The guide was personable, knowledgeable and offered detailed information regarding the wildlife of the tour. The tour was close to the sealife and we were able to see several types of fish, birds and mammals.

Thank you for your review. The check in instructions are provided when you make the reservation and a very clear. It states all guests must check in at our office 30 minutes prior to the trip. We even tried calling you numerous times to check on your location and to try and assist you.
