What To Expect

After hotel pickup in Vancouver, travel north with your guide aboard a luxury coach toward Whistler. The route along Highway 99, the Sea-to-Sky corridor, offers plenty of gorgeous scenery that makes for a memorable journey.

Your route begins at sea level and tracks the shore along Howe Sound. Stop in Squamish and ride the Sea-to-Sky Gondola, a 90-minute aerial experience offering spectacular views of Howe Sound, coastal forests, and the Squamish River. At the Summit Lodge, 2,900 feet (885 meters) above sea level, relax and enjoy the views, perhaps with a beer or snack (own expense). Or, embark on one of the nearby trails, one of which includes a suspension bridge.

Your next stop along the Sea-to-Sky corridor is Shannon Falls, situated between Garibaldi Heights and Whistler. Spend an hour here to watch the falls’ 230-foot (70-meter) drop, as well as Daisy Lake, from the large viewing platform.

Once you reach Whistler Village, enjoy four hours to explore this bustling village on your own. Choose from an array of activities and attractions, and feel free to ask your guide for recommendations. Your trip concludes with return transport to your original departure point.

A trip not to be missed. Wonderful views of Howe Sound and snow-capped mountains beyond for the first hour. Panoramic views from Sea to Sky Gondola are superb. Highly recommend the 2 Peaks Gondola in Whistler, amazing ride, not for the fainthearted. Compliments to Clarkie, our driver, an absolute mine of information.

This trip is worth every penny! Great way to see the surrounding areas of Vancouver if you have limited time. Whistler is beautiful and such an experience… the time of year we went (July), there was still snow on the mountains, so people were skiing/snowboarding, at the bottom of the mountain it was hot so people were sunbathing. Great place for shopping, food and drink - by 5pm there were people dancing on tables! It is worth paying to do the Peak 2 Peak gondola (Whistler and Blackcomb mountains).

A great day. Ian was our driver/guide. He made the day enjoyable and filled it with lots of local stories and history. Well run and on time all day. Coach was comfy and bonus it had charging outlets. Views from the sea to sky gondola were spectacular. There was plenty of time at each stop. Whistler village is very touristy but you had the option of lovely walks which I chose to do, taking the path to the lake. Highly recommend this company and tour

The pickup by bus worked very well, the meeting point was accurately described and easy to find. Our bus driver was very nice and entertaining. The tour itself we wouldn't book again. We had wonderful weather at the day of the tour. The stay at Sea to Sky was with only 1.5 hours much too short, absolutely not enough time to do anything. The stay of 4 hours in Whistler Village much too long, it's quite boring. Our recommendation: Rent a car to the gondola and spend as much time there as you want. Visit Whistler Village only if absolutely desired. Much cheaper and more relaxing.

We had an excellent time evn under badly rainy weather with Bus driver/ tour guide Clarkie. He is professional, good in managing time, provides a lot of information of spots, history, naives, etc. Gondola and whistler time was affected by heavy continuous rain with limited sightseeing. But lucky the rainfall helped a lot in the shannon falls as Clarkie mentioned that it was quite dry before. definitely recommend this to everyone

What a wonderful experience! We had a fantastic tour guide that talked about the history and architecture of Vancouver while driving the comfy coach bus. We had plenty of time at the stops to take photos, eat, shop, and hike. I was so happy to have so much time in Whistler. Its just great not having to worry how to get there or get back home. Would highly recommend!

This was a really good day trip out of Vancouver. Clarky was our bus driver/tour operator and he was great, he gave really good details out regarding local areas, the history etc. Sea to Sky gondola was fantastic and has some amazing views. Whistler is a great little town, well worth a visit, lots of little shops, places to eat / drink and lots of sporting / outdoor activities to book if you want to.

Liked the Gondola and the view was exceptional! But it is not at Whistler about an hour before the resort city. Whistler is not a spot to visit unless a shopper ! You will spend 4 hours there.
