What To Expect

Choose from two different options with this one-water private taxi service from Venice’s Marco Polo Airport to you hotel. With meet and greet service, a representative will greet you at the airport arrival terminal and escort you to the pier, where you’ll board a private motorboat. With the full-service option, a representative will stay with you from the arrival terminal all the way to the door of your hotel.

Once you hop aboard your comfortable motorboat, relax and enjoy the spectacular ride. As not all Venice hotels have a private water taxi stop, the driver will let you off at the closest available stop.

Motorboats can accommodate up to six people and six pieces of luggage. Transfer service is available 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. Please provide flight and hotel details when making your booking. You’ll receive immediate confirmation and a voucher to present to the transfer representative. Please call the number on your voucher between 24 and 48 hours prior to your arrival to confirm your transfer.

Price is per person, based on six adults per motorboat.

Please note: Guests staying at Venice’s Hotel Marriott (Isola delle Rose) will need to pay a surcharge of €20 at the time of service due to the hotel’s more distant location. This transfer service is not available to Mestre hotels.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
If there are bad weather conditions (such as fog, frozen water, or stormy conditions) on the day of your transfer, you will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle
Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle
Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of €20, payable on spot

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

After a 14 hour flight, we were greeted just outside of baggage claim. It was so nice to have somebody guide us to a private water taxi after such a long flight. We were then brought to a dock and met by a guide named Claudia who walked us over to our hotel. She was so helpful in guiding us to where we would be staying while in Venice. If you have never been to Venice, there are many bridges and alleyways that you need to learn to navigate and after our long flight it was nice to have a local show us where to go. Highly recommend this and worth the money!

This was very expensive and 100% the way to arrive in Venice. They took us very close to our AirBNB and our captain was like a shorter haired modern day Fabio. Would definitely do again.

No organisation at the pick up point at the airport so ended up carrying luggage back and forth before someone helped us But worse than that is the price charged Absolute rip off as the private transfer we arranged with our hotel only cost Euro 140!!! I would like a refund

The service was poor, we were sent on a wild goose chase searching for the operator to find that they were in a different location. It was not a great service as your are then told to wait for others to join! You are better to go straight to the aqua taxi port and get one there ! It’s easier and cheaper !!

Fabulous service! We ordered the full service. 3 adults, a baby and 8 pieces of luggage….. no extra charges, although we were fully expecting there to be! They dropped us off at the water taxi station closest to the hotel and arranged for the porter of the hotel to meet us there to assist with our 8 pieces of luggage! Took the stress out of the situation. The only issue is that they were not at the arrivals on time to meet us and we assumed we had to go to a the water taxi station (again, with tons of luggage)….but then about half an hour later we got a call and knew the arrivals was indeed the right place. Very happy with this service! Thank you! .

Unfortunately the fog was so bad we couldn’t have a boat from the airport to the hotel. They laid on a land mini bus to a port near the hotel and then a boat 10 minutes to the hotel. Just bad timing
