For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great guide. Very relaxing tour and in a great area close to everything. If you’re in on a cruise it’s a great halfway between Chinatown and Fisherman’s Wharf and back to the ship. Recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing way to see Victoria. We did a one hour tour with Samson the horse and Tyler the carriage driver. Very informative and good suggestions for places to grab a delicious lunch.

The tour in general was great. Enjoyed meeting Sarge. The sound of his hooves on the pavement was relaxing. I would’ve like our guide to be equipped with some sort of speaker to make it easier to hear.

I think my route may have been changed due to protest but it was still a delightful experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that the girl doing the tour could have spoken a bit louder. She was very quiet spoken (nice lady) but it was hard to hear what she was saying with all the ambient noise. Also I read a review stating it's better to opt in for only 30 mins if you have small children. We went for the hour ride and the kids did start getting anxious after about 30 mins.

We booked this excursion for te evening while we were in Victoria for a cruise to Alaska. We are 4 seniors of which 2 walk with canes... we didn't see any taxis at the time we wanted to go to our ride at 7:30 on the pier...so ahead our sjipcall the company and asked if they could pick us up at the ship. They were happy to do so and we spent a relaxing ride thru downtown and then back to the ship...It was really nice that they accomidated us!!
