terrible experience, terrible communication. I ended the tour once picked up and I was refused a refund. $198 gone to waste.

Talking about terrible communication what do you call 18 text messages not to mention the phone calls all before your tour started and till after you decided to end it. Booked 2 persons we picked you up you started the tour than you requested a second Jeep so each of you can drive on your second stop we explain to you that this is a share tour usually up to 4 in one Jeep our tour is not an ATV off road even that any other company when you book a tour on a Quad 2 persons on a vehicle back to you now you demanded a second Jeep we explain to you that can’t be you booked a tour for 2, 5 hours beach hopping the tour was started you decided to stop it because we refuse to provide a second Jeep, yet we offered you another tour no charge next day which you declined I wish there’s the ability here to attach all the text messages back and forth. I just want to highlight a point we work hard and go way and beyond to serve you and serve all our guests just because you didn’t get what you demand or maybe your expectations were out of ordinary means you have to rate us bad, I proofed my point to Viator I showed them all the facts and in my tour descriptions it clearly says it’s a share tour not that each person gets a vehicle to drive, we do respect each traveler when they book a tour we make sure they all goes together no sharing, as far the $198 we did offer you other tour which you declined also our back office may had excepted the refund if you happened to jumped in and get to the second stop which was already an more than an hour in Thank you
