Apart from the fact it's a huge tourist trap, it's definitely worth seeing if in the area, you can't comprehend the place until you see it with your own eyes. Li is by far the best person I have booked a tour with, she sends step by step instructions with photos on what to do when there and is always available to answer questions, takes all stress out of the experience.
My visit to the terracotta warriors

I asked Ms Li to buy the tickets to the terracotta warriors as the official website was a bit complicated to navigate through and required a Chinese phone number. Not only she bought the tickets but she also provided me with a lot of support in term of how to get there, app needed in China to pay/get a cab etc, and provided guidance on how to structure my visit at the terracotta warriors in an efficient manner. I found her kind, helpful and caring - I would definitely recommend her; the only regret for me is that I had not selected the guide option, otherwise she would have taken me around and explained about the terracotta warriors too, but hopefully I will be back!

Servizio perfetto, dall'acquisto in poi, Li sempre disponibile, gentilissima e pronta a rispondere ad ogni dubbio in qualsiasi momento (in inglese perfetto). Il biglietto, una volta acquistato, non ha bisogno di essere scaricato, ma basta portare con sé il passaporto ed usare gli appositi scan ai tornelli d'ingresso. Esperienza memorabile, una meraviglia davvero l'esercito di Terracotta, straconsigliato prenotare con Li! Super servizio Top!
