Very theatrical. Personally I prefer to be more informal than engaging with audience. Not sure many visitors likes to be in a show. liGuess this is more for family oriented than someone looking to learn more.

Really enjoyed this!! Funny scary and the actors are great- only downside is you can’t take videos and photos which is a shame as I got picked out in one of the rooms and would have been great for a recording

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. All the cast were so professional and gave a very immersive experience. Transitions were seamless and everything was incredibly well rehearsed. Staff were lovely, value for money. Would recommend to anyone!

I booked York dungeons for my boyfriends birthday and paid upfront. We were so excited until the night before he came down with novo virus and so did I. It was a awful experience for anyone else who has had it. I got in contact to reschedule the booking but we weren’t allowed! I think this is a disgrace considering the hotel we had booked we’re happy to accommodate and reschedule. I cannot fathom how this company won’t let you reschedule due to illness. I did not want a refund I just didn’t want to loose out on the £40 I had spent. We also did not want to spread the horrible bug to customers and staff as it is a very contagious and unpleasant bug, however they would not accommodate this. Will not use this company again, really disappointed.

All of the actor's were very good we thought & the make up as well. Funny but imformative about our past history. Highly Recommended & we're in our late 60's so the kids will love it. 👍
