This is so that the driver is in the arrivals gates at the appropriate time. From Zanzibar Airports: Our driver will hold passenger name board by the arrival gates. Zanzibar Airport T2 and T3, Driver hold passenger name board once you have made a booking. From Zanzibar Hotels: Our driver will be ready at hotel reception at requested pickup time. *Kindly share your Whatsapp number for an easy communication during the pickup.

We arrived at the airport in the early hours. He went the extra mile of getting us to the hotel safe and sound. We used his services throughout our stay in Zanzibar and he was always on time. Car was clean

Great service! They reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm flight details and specific instructions to find their driver at the airport. The driver was there waiting for me, allowed me to go to the atm before leaving. The van was comfortable with ac and wifi. I was given a bottle of water. The driver was very courteous and drove very safely over some fairly bumpy and poor road conditions. I came in very late at night and didn’t have any problems. The driver spoke good English which isn’t the case for many locals.

Very reliable any time of the day (and always in advance). I have used 3 times, very polite and gentle. Even came with car seats for the kids. Can only recommend!!

Driver was waiting for us at the airport, he was a professional. My only criticism is would have been good if he offered us water after our very long flight. Apart from that he was good.
