Kari Jorgenson

Kari Jorgenson is Viator’s Chief Legal Officer. She joined Tripadvisor in 2014, where she took on various roles, including being the legal lead for experiences, dining, rentals, M&A, payments, and B2B.

Before Tripadvisor, Kari was General Counsel for Zipcar, an international car-sharing company. Prior to that, she was Counsel in the corporate department of the global law firm WilmerHale, where she worked for over 8 years representing public and private tech companies on ongoing corporate legal matters and in a range of capital markets, M&A, and VC transactions.

Kari received her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and Bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard. Kari is based in Boston where she lives with her husband and their two kids.
