Departure Point : After collecting your luggage on the belt and pass the customs points, you will be met by Orient Tours uniformed airport representative who will be waiting with a paging board with the Lead Passenger's name. All Orient Tours Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an Orient Tours Logo.

What To Expect

Book your private transfer service for when you arrive at Abu Dhabi International Airport, and once you’ve cleared customs, meet your friendly and professional driver outside the arrivals hall.

Receive assistance with your luggage, and hop inside your comfortable, private, air-conditioned vehicle to journey directly to your Abu Dhabi hotel.

Whether you’re traveling alone or as a couple or group, your ground transport needs will be taken care of by this private transfer service. Avoid the hassle of using cabs or public transport and get your vacation in Abu Dhabi off to a smooth and comfortable start.

When you book, you will be required to advise your flight details and your Abu Dhabi accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be supplied with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle.

When providing your flight and accommodation details, you must include the following information in the ‘Special Requirements’ section:
• Airline and flight number
• Departure city and arrival city
• Due flight arrival time
• Name of hotel and hotel address

At the time of booking, please select the appropriate Hotel zone in which you are staying.
Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights, the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

NO STARS for I paid 95 for nothing. Driver must have been late for I did not see anyone at the airport. Save your money. Exchange some local currency and take a taxi. Cheap and all taxi are clean. I did get a call from tour company at the hotel where I was staying asking about me. I do not know what happened but from the ease of the airport. Nobody needs this type of service at all.

If there were a ten star rating, I would give this a ten star. We were met on disembarkation and whisked through Immigration, baggage collection and customs as if we were royalty. Can't recommend this too highly!
