- Unfortunately we are unable to cater to dietary requirements. If our menu is not satisfactory passengers are welcome to bring their own snacks.
- Children under two years old MUST be pre-approved by the operator before ticket purchase and supply own lifejacket.
- A ticket MUST be purchased for anyone 12 months and over

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Walking up to the lookout and seeing the view was amazing and we were able to have some time independently on Whitehaven beach.
Snorkelling was absolutely brilliant and we were guided and looked after throughout, as well as shown the best area to see the reefs.

We had a fabulous trip to Whitehaven Beach and lookout point. Our guides were such fun and very knowledgeable. Corey and Kirk took us to 2 fabulous spots to snorkel, where the fish were plentiful. Seeing the coral reef was amazing. A great lunch was provided for us all and a delicious brownie in the morning. I would definitely recommend this trip.

The view on whitehaven Beach was great and we liked our time on the beach. The first snorkelling was disappointing, many corals are dead. The visibility was also bad. We saw some fish, but I had expected much more. The second snorkelling was great, you see lots of fish!
The food was OK, as was the guide.

Best expirence of my life. We enjoyed every moment of the cruise. The view from hill look-out was breath-taking.In other hand the Whiteheaven beach was real heaven. Snorkling was another best part of the tour where we saw amazing fishes. Thanks to friendly staff who guided us throughout the day.

The weather did not cooperate and it was too windy to snorkel. So this service provider set us up on another larger boat that DID go on day we wanted. Still experienced Whitehaven, had a swim, excellent lunch and learned a lot. Other excursion was more expensive but went for same cost we had paid.
