    The trip was not only interesting but also lots of fun. There was a lot of interaction with the pelicans and also various birds of prey that were spotted. We also learned about sea grass and oyster farms and lots of points of interest about the history of the river. Jack was a great storyteller and very entertaining and funny.

    The story of Honeymoon Island. What a great love story that would make. Also the wooden planks from the boat that sank- wish I could remember all the names of people and places we saw. Do you have a book on these?

    Such an awesome experience. I get sea sick along with have a bit of a fear of boats and this was perfect! So smooth and controlled. We went out with Captain Jack and he was super knowledgeable and funny. Very engaging! 10/10 recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Great Guide, you learn a lot about the wildlife and history of Albany, pelican and osprey feeding, nice food and cofee/tea on board. toilet could be improved, but is ok.

    Jack feeding 'his girl' and the amount of information given during the cruise and with humour to match! The peace and quiet and the delicious damper Jack's mother had made plus the honey from his dad's beehives.

    It was truly a wonderful experience going on this cruise led by Captain Jack. So much to learn from the Captain about the wildlife around albany and the history, so much to take in and so much to see.The 4hours scenic cruise was worth every dollar we paid for and I would recommend relatives and friends to take this cruise if they are passing by. Thank you Captain Jack for the memorable outing, your hospitality, for sharing your original poem and a true story of a Pelican called Percy. The Ospreys experience was remarkable!

    Captain Jack gives a fascinating account of the history of the area with a touch of humour and introduces the pelicans and other wild birds he interacts with over the course of the trip around Oyster Harbour and the Kalgan River. An entertaining and relaxing experience.

    We shared the boat with only two other couples, so very easy to move around the Queen even as we needed to wear a mask. This is our second cruise, last time was over 10 years ago and it was just as good the second time. It was the original Captain Kalgan the first time and this time his son has taken over and is very interesting. He also told us about some other interesting places to visit whilst we are in Albany.
