Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The balloon trip was very personalized and it was a great experience. The views were fantastic, with the sun rising over the mountains . We learned a ton about the history of flight and ballooning. The landing was superb. The team was exceptionally accommodating and it was a wonderful experience.

The entire experience was well done & very professional. Great job by the owner Justin and crew. We were well informed and felt safe the entire time. We also enjoyed the nice touch after the ride by going to a park nearby and having a champagne toast while Justin gave us some interesting back story of ballooning.

Highly recommend. The entire crew was amazing and made our birthday celebration one to remember. This felt more personalized than some of the larger companies. Safety was a priority and they treat you like family. Would definitely do this this again.

Should you do a balloon ride in Albuquerque? Yes. And you should book it with Elevate. I cannot say enough good things about Keisha, Justin and their group (please don’t be mad, I don’t remember everyone’s names!). The experience feels very intimate and personalized and TRUST ME it was WAAAAY better than being up there with a group of 12-16 people like the other companies boast. The views are incredible, the experience is peaceful, and it was so much fun being up there. Justin was so communicative and prepped us on what to anticipate before, during, and after the ride. There were no surprises and I felt totally safe the entire time. The folks at Elevate all have great energy. It was such an incredible way to start the day and the champagne toast, snacks, and talks about ballooning put such a personal touch on the experience. I would book with them tomorrow again if we weren’t leaving! They are awesome, the experience is fantastic, and you won’t regret it. Stop reading and book it already.

Poor communication- flight left without ilia because Viator provided the wrong departure time on the tickets and we had no communication until last minute with the balloon company

This "bucket List" adventure exceeded our expectations!! Information on where to meet made it easy to find. Justin and his crew were very professional and friendly from beginning to the end. I was a bit anxious beforehand but once we started I was totally at ease. The Mimosas with a bit of balloon history was a perfect ending to this wonderful adventure. Highly recommend this!!!

Everything was awesome but video. We paid $80 for 9 minutes video clip and didn't receive all video when asked. We should ask before paying what we going to get. My son made better video clip on his phone 🤔 Think. Overall, it was nice experience. Everything was done by professionals but video. That's why I gave only 4 stars.

We were met at our pick up location with smiles and hugs. Mike and Suzie made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions before leaving. I am normally afraid of heights, but I felt comfortable and safe with Mike, our pilot. He shared us amazing views and valuable information about Albuquerque. We especially enjoyed our private tour vs. being crammed into a basket with several other people. At the end of our flight, we all enjoyed a champagne toast while hearing about the history of air balloons. By the end of our tour we felt like Mike and Suzie were our family. I highly recommend booking through this company!

The entire experience was amazing! Mike, Susie and crew were a blast! The whole Elevated NM crew was so nice and made this ride the best day of our NM trip. Take off and landing was smooth like silk. Our pilot Mike and his crew were fun and on the ball the entire time. The views, wow! And landing on the Rio Grande was epic. We loved the toast and ballooners prayer at the “after” celebration.
