    Unit 2/15 Jane Rd, White Gums NT 0870, Australia

    Turn off the south Stuart Hwy into Ilparpa Road Drive 10 kilometres and turn right into Jane Rd White Gums. Look for the Pyndan Camel Tracks sign on the corner of Ilparpa and Jane Rds. We’re the second driveway on the left. Look for the metal camel and signs. It should take you about 20 minutes

  • Passengers weighing 220 pounds (100 kg) or over MUST advise their weight at time of booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Infants must sit on laps
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Not recommended for people who have had recent hip replacements
  • A level of fitness is required where you can lift up your leg, perform a squat and have the strength to get onto the camel's saddle.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Relaxing Camel Ride amongst beautiful scenery

There was a small group - only 5 camels so 10 people. Location was gorgeous and camels were adorable. Very relaxing - Micky picked us up from our resort and Traci took us out on the camels. Both lovely ladies then had a nice cold glass of wine or beer with nibbles at the end. Definitely recommend this tour

Our wonderful guide Micky made this an experience we will never forget. We were introduced to all the Camels, their names and characteristics which was fun. Micky gave us great insights into the camels and our surroundings during the ride. We saw Kangaroos as the sun went down which was lovely. We would recommend this trip to everyone, we loved it.

What a fabulous experience. Being picked up from the accommodation was a bonus and the young lady was so friendly as was the young lady at the tour location. Cannot recommend this highly enough for a good couple of hours of fun.

From start to finished, you are looked after and feel in capable hands.You can see that the camels are well looked after, the ladies who run the tour know there stuff. Both were really friendly and made me feel at ease when trying to get on to the camel. It's a beautiful tour and all the camels are very gentle. Really worth the price, even had the chance to pet the camels and take more pictures are we were finished. Afterwards, we were offered alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. Would really recommend it!

Picked up on time from our hotel and taken to Pendyn Camels. Looked after by two lovely guides who explained everything and ensured everything was safe. Riding hats issued and waiver forms signed then introduced to our lovely camels. It was really easy to mount them off a raised mounting platform with none of the lurching up from the ground seen elsewhere. PA good one hour treck through the neighbouring property with great views including a photo stop halfway around. Drinks and nibbles provided at the end and transfered back to our hotel. Can't fault the service and an excellent experience.

This was an enjoyable experience. The staff obviously love their camels and being able to be picked up and dropped off at my hotel meant I didn’t have to search for the pick up point

Everyone involved - camel and human - were great! The only thing I would advise participants is to wear bug spray, as the flies can be persistent.

Pick up and drop off were efficient. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The raised platform made it easy to get on and off the camel without the jeopardy of getting up from the ground. The walk kept a steady pace with a stop for photos. Jasmine was a lot of fun. The sunset was amazing and the beer at the end was a nice finish to the evening.

Always wanted to ride a camel and my dream came true! We got picked up from the accommodation, signed a waiver, got to ride a camel with my tween. We rode Cookie monster. Its a train of camels lead by our tour guide Tracey. She helped took photos of us and the sunset,.multiple shots so we can pick the best! The ride took an hour. Wearing long trousers is recommended, maybe a flynet for the face, the flies can be so annoying. We had a lovely light refreshements included within the price. pretzels and dates with a soft drink or beer. The owner was there to interact with everyone. It was indeed a welcoming place! We ended our vacation on a high note with this tour. The camels were so gentle and sweet, the ride was stunning. Our guide Yasmin was phenomenal and Marcus was friendly, knowledgeable and so enthusiastic. This was a fantastic tour and a must do in Alice Springs!
