Brigitte, was knowledgeable and really brought the Somme battles to life.
She added recollections from her childhood and together with her battlefield knowledge, provided an engaging and humbling overview of the conflict.
She even managed three inquisitive Englishman's questions.

Our guide Brigitte was excellent. She met us at the Somme museum in Albert, showed us around, before driving us around various memorials and landmarks in the area. We had a couple of places we wanted to stop off and she tailored the tour accordingly. It was a great day, and Brigitte was very knowledgeable about the area and history.
