My clients are encouraged to contact me via mobile (calls or text) preferably, or email me if there are any changes to our pickup arrangements, or if there is any uncertainty about the pickup location. Also, clients are asked to ensure all travel documents and personal items are in their possession prior to pickup time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
