Dear Keanson Ye,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our private tour. We appreciate your thoughts and feedback, as they help us improve and hear about expectations from visitors.
We always prioritise the comfort and enjoyment of our visitors, and I apologise for any disappointment you may have felt during the tour. We understand that some sites can be physically demanding, which is why a moderate physical fitness level is recommended for this tour. However, climbing or walking is always optional, and we encourage visitors to explore Wadi Rum at their own pace.
While we aim to provide a diverse experience, we acknowledge that not everyone may have the same energy levels or desire to explore for a full day. That's why we also offer shorter tours that focus on specific attractions, catering to different travel styles.
We also wanted to mention that lunch is prepared fresh on each tour and consists of a local dish - gayalet bandora, served with pita bread, hummus, feta cheese and cucumber salad. Fresh pita bread is provided by local bakeries. We understand that individual sensitivities may vary, and we regret any inconvenience caused. We encourage guests to tell us of any food restrictions at the time of booking so we can make sure to cater to everyone's needs.
Once again, we appreciate your feedback and advice to future visitors. We hope that you enjoyed the rest of your travels in Jordan.
Take care,
Khaled & the team at Desert Eyes
