Water was very cold Slides felt unstable Smaller than expected and overcrowded Couldn’t get a seat I brought 4 children and we struggled to even stay a couple of hours

I think the waterpark is great! There is a lazy river with rubber rings to sit in, plenty of slides with or without floats (double or single) and some smaller kids pool areas. There is plenty of seating and somewhere to eat but would I pay 23 euros for it ... no I don't think it's worth as much as that. Then it's another 4 euros for a locker (you give 8 euros and they return 4 to you) and then you still ha e to pay for food. We had a wonderful day and the lifeguards are very friendly. So yes this is a nice day out but I think it's overpriced. If you go, plan to spend the full day to get your moneys worth. There are changing rooms and toilets.

Its a small water park more suited to younger kids. The slides are good for younger kids and it's a good half day. You can't bring drinks or food in but the lunch was good.

Good slides Good wave pool Good children's area Not a lot of queuing No where near enough lockers - had to keep going to the car for stuff Changing facilities very poor Not all areas supervised by life guards Some under inflated inflatables were dangerous - I saw a father and son fall off the inflatable mid slide! No life guard to be seen when this happened.

The park was overcrowded with no parosols available. You had to queue to get on the lazy river as there were not enough inflatables and a lot were burst. We had to queue to get in despite having fast track tickets. The lady that served us stopped halfway to speak to a colleague then forgot where she was up to and tried to charge us entry even though I had already told here we had already paid. All the staff were grumpy want be going back

Staff, slides and cleaning were great, excellent Food is very poor quality and you can’t bring your own - for that reason wouldn’t go back in the one week unfortunately

Great water park perfect for families , clean well organised and lots of space , perfect size to keep an eye on kids and relax on sun chairs and even in August minimal queues for rides . We arrived at 10am when it opened to make the most of the day

We had to leave after an hour, the water was so cold none of us wanted to stay in any of the pools. My 1 year old refused to go in, so it ended up being a massive waste of money. Unless it’s sunny with no wind, I don’t see how anyone could enjoy it. It was such a shame as the park looked lovey and the slides looked fun but whilst we were there no child would go into the water. We asked if we could come back later that day, since we had a day ticket, in the hopes the weather would be a littler warmer to enjoy but they wouldn’t allow us. Wouldn’t really recommend wasting nearly £20 per person unless you like to freeze to death in the water

What a great day! Remember your sun cream!!! Loads for the kids to do and the adults too! One down side was you can't take any food or drinks in- this is expected, but it causes problems when your kids have any disabilities (autism etc)

The transport leaves Teguise at 9am arriving at 10am and picks up again at 3pm….. these times are not mentioned in the info so given the cost maybe worth exploring other transport so you get a day! It’s a small water park but very much enjoyed. The charge 6euros for a locker but you get 2 euros back when you hand the key back at the end. You are also not allowed to take food and drink in - you get your bag searched. The food system is weird to understand and I didn’t really get it so we just had chips! The ice-cream is amazing! The wave machine goes on once every hour - which isn’t enough - but good fun when it’s on.
