Your tour departs from the Octopus Aruba beach hut, located on Palm Beach behind the Holiday Inn. Please walk through the lobby of the Holiday Inn until you reach the beach area. Make a left on the footpath and you will see us on your right. Check in time is 4:30PM & boarding time is 4:45PM.

What To Expect

Begin your sunset cruise directly at the boarding pier just behind the Palm Beach Holiday Inn hotel. Once the group has settled on board, you’ll set sail in the late afternoon to enjoy the spectacular final hours of the day.

Spend two hours on board taking in the sunset views, enjoying the open cocktail bar with unlimited drinks and appetizers, and chatting with the captain and crew. You can choose between cushioned seating in the sun or in the shade on the 40-foot (12-meter) trimaran, all perfectly positioned to snap photos.

After the sun dips below the horizon, you’ll cruise back to the departure point and disembark in Palm Beach.

The crew on the Octopus were amazing. Having conversations with all the guests. The drinks and snacks kept coming the whole trip. A nice trip to view up and down the coast of Aruba. Our sunset wasn't the best due to it being overcast all day but you can't control the weather.

Disappointing

The sail and staff was great. The food was ok. We were unaware of having to take a boat to the sail boat. My Aunt could not go due to medical reasons and we had to be pushy to explain the situation. We have 2 people that had to back out because of that. I would not book again

Disappointing experience but met some nice people

Cruise was disappointing as we paid for 5pm-7pm cruise but we and secersl other couples were still standing on the beach waiting to get a boat to pick us up to go to the catamaran at 5:10pm. We finally got on the boat a little after 5:15om and there were no seats left for about 6-8 of us so we sat on the hard floor. We also had 3 of the “happy” drinks each and did not get any buzz whatsoever ever- so disappointing “free” cocktails too. There are lots of other sunset cruise boats to pick from so next time I’ll try another boat line.

Charged twice. ...

Charged twice. I received 2 withdrawals from my credit card for one cruise with 9 people. I called 2 days before the cruise to ask why? It took me a long time to find the right phone number. At last I spoke with a customer service person who verified I had only one reservation. It is an error with the CC. They encouraged me to disputed it with my credit card company. Now Viator states I owe the dollars because I did not show. If they check I did show and my party all signed disclosures. I would like my money returned. $719.91. I have been through 2 disputes.

The whole experience was great and smooth. Great boat crew, music and snacks and drink. The captan did a couple of turns so all people aboard were able to see sunset and have their pictures taken. Recommend to do this once you in Aruba!

The cruise & sunset were beautiful. The crew worked hard to make sure we always had drinks to enjoy. The snacks were really bad- the cocktail sausage & pigs in blanket were inedible. The others (mozzarella sticks) barely cooked. It would not take much to serve nicer snacks & up the game a bit!
